Maxim Realty Group has been nothing but amazing. The first moment I spoke to a representative on the phone in regards to their process for renting their property was very friendly and professional. At the house showing we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Claudia. Claudia was not only very informative, but made our whole experience very pleasant and easy. Long story short, my family and I haven't had the best experience prior when it came to looking and applying for a rental home. Claudia literally made our dreams come true when she called and said our applications were approved and we got the house!!! Thank you again Claudia and Maxim Realty Group! It has meant the world for myself and my family to now have a house to make a home.

The place is what can I say or how do I say been way more fair to me claudiana Andy went out of their way to get me into a place within a week for me and my family became displaced due to a fire within that first week it was determined that I did not like the home and I wanted to move due to some circumstances that happened within the neighborhood it was her personal mission to get me back my money that I had put on the home quickly and in a timely manner and their maintenance man even still calls to check up on me they went out of their way to not only finding a home and making it ready so I can move in within a week but caring about my needs and wants above their own and letting me release my contract a day after being there. I don't know too many rental Management places like them . So Claudia, Andy a big thank you for my family to yours.

Im not sure why claudia has a lot of negative reviews we’ve been with Maxim for a couple years and lived in 2 different homes from them and claudia has always been our property manager and she’s been nothing but amazing, clean homes, good vibes, really funny and if I had any problems claudia made sure to get maintenance as soon as she could which usually was same day or the next day their maintenance is also really good people! If we didn’t move states we would’ve stayed with them! If you work with them they’ll work with you! Tanya from the office is also really sweet and very helpful! :)

I've been renting a house from Maxim for 6 years and plan to renew my lease for another year. Rent is reasonable. Any issues or repairs with the house have been dealt with in a timely manner and by professionals. I've have no complaints about staff, they have always been helpful. I like the ease of paying rent online and submitting work requests, although there is no place to add comments to existing requests. Overall, my experience has been awesome.

Great Staff ! They took the time to show me availabilities in my price range and gave me a chance know my criminal background. Promptly response to our Maintenance request. I hand deliver my rent just to say Hi. I work in the community and have seen them give people a chance to catch up when they fall behind. They work with the resources in the community to help there people. I am always recommending them to people.

I've lived in my house for almost 5 years now and when I first moved in I rented from a private landlord. About a year and a half ago they sold all of their properties and Maxim became the management group. I was nervous because the reviews were mostly bad and I prefer a private landlord over a management group however they have been nothing but kind and helpful. Whenever anything has needed to be done it got taken care of almost immediately. They're always kind and helpful when I call. I would say these negative reviews aren't anything like what I have experienced with them.

Hello, my name is Austin and me and my wife and our daughter I've had nothing but extremely good customer service, understanding, and caring from this company especially from one of the owners I'm pretty sure named Andy and a lady named Sabrina. they've been nothing but amazing towards our family and some of our neighbors and I would definitely assume plenty of more people in other properties. They make a living through Maxim actually amazing and easy and how it's supposed to be not stressful I plan on renewing our lease with Maxim here very soon and plan on staying with them for probably as long as we can before we move out of state in a couple years I would recommend them truly and would suggest the two people that I mentioned names Andy and Sabrina also yanet is another good customer service representative over the phone to talk to and their maintenance crew is actually really nice and polite and understanding as well and you know they kind of just get the job done and don't screw around. Thank you maxim.

My name is Justin and I currently live at a Maxim owned property, and I have to tell you that these people are absolutely top notch! They are the best property managers I've had. If you're new to Maxim Realty, please don't blindly believe the bad reviews you see. You have to understand that they have taken over some new properties that were previously owned by other, terrible companies that shall not be named (my building was one of them, and the previous owners were an absolute nightmare). Maxim has been owners of my building for only the past 6 months. So, the people leaving bad reviews probably don't even realize that there was a management shift, and are still blaming the old ones. With that said, I second Austin's 5-star review below. I'm actually neighbors with Austin and I know he and his wife and daughter. We have both had in-person conversations with the property managers, Andy and Sabrina, on several occasions. They are both down-to-earth people, very friendly yet very professional! They come out to the property when there are issues. One day I saw them walking around with a clipboard taking notes of all the things that needed repairs. The next week so many things were fixed and the place looked beautiful. Janet (or Yanet, I don't know) is one of the main people who answers the calls at the office, and she is such a delight - super friendly, extremely professional and always gets you the information you need. I've had a lot of maintenance issues (due to a very old building), such as pipes bursting and water flooding my kitchen from the apartment above on several occasions. And I'm sure I've given them quite a few headaches with all my complaints and work orders over the past few months. But they have ALWAYS done their best to answer quickly and fix things quickly. They have excellent communication and customer service and always do their best to reach out and solve any issues I have. I have never been ignored by them, even for the smallest thing. They seem like they genuinely care about their properties and the people who live in them. In fact, I just spoke with Andy over the phone today, who professionally, as well as with kindness and understanding, addressed some concerns of mine. He was patient with me and heard what I was saying. We were able to come to some good solutions together, and everything turned out great. I don't know who these bad reviews and accusations of unprofessionalism and poor customer service are for, but they sure aren't describing Maxim. I've experienced nothing but positive things and will most likely be renewing my lease. A solid 5 stars from me!

She has walked us through the whole process, answered every annoying 500 questions I ask, and has responded with extra detail. She has been very patient and pleasant to work with. I'm glad she's our person of contact and hope that she forever will be through out our next couple years with this rental.

Maxim reality group has to be the BEST company I’ve ever rented from, Claudia and the lady’s up front made me feel welcomed as soon as I hit the door, the maintenance team immediately came as soon as i said my heater wasn’t worker and even those guys are nice too!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!
