I was referred to Lisa Taylor by a friend who has used her a few times, and I am so glad I did! Lisa made buying our first home one of the easiest things we have done! She walked us through everything, always made time for a phone call or a text! Got us in to see houses that day if we asked! We LOVED working with Lisa! She is so personable and easy to talk to! We really liked working with the Your H.O.M.E Team, they would send us Friday updates on where we were in the home buying process and what to expect next, it was a great experience! After searching for only 5 days, we landed our first home, and we are in love with it!!

Jennifer Brammer was the absolute best realtor and true advocate during one of the worst market surges in 2022. Home-buying was so competitive and sellers were being so greedy that finding the right home in our price-range seemed nearly hopeless. All it took was Jennifer’s confident reassurance that we WOULD find the perfect home for us, to alleviate the constant stress. There was one home in particular that we fought hard for just to be told, not once, but TWICE that the seller was going with someone else. I kind of lost all motivation after the second blow and while looking at another home, Jennifer noticed my heart wasn’t really in it. Instead of spouting cheerful cliches, she actually listened to me, and truly cared about how I was feeling. This not only helped me vent and get all the bad energy out, but built trust between us. She was always ready to help us with anything we needed and on the rare occasion she wasn’t available, one of her amazing teammates would step in to show homes or answer questions. Our two young boys grew to love Jennifer because of how kind she was to them. I mean, she truly became like family to us. No one could understand the struggle more than she could or the triumph when a seller FINALLY accepted our offer!!! Always professional, always on our side, and always helpful to the very end! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

She was the friendly face that I was looking for; I wanted someone that I could trust and look out for my interests. She exceeded my expectations. She was very helpful in all aspects of the sale. She helped stage my house prior to showings; she found someone who wanted to buy my couch and was able to get a great price on the refrigerator that I wanted to leave behind. She helped our family not only find our dream home but also sale our current home. She made sure it was a smooth process for us and the buyers. I honestly don't think it could of been a smoother process. When we found our house we wanted put in a offer and put our current home up for sale in less than a week. We plan for a showing on Saturday and listed it on Thursday. With her team photos and the beautiful for sale sign we had people wanting to see it on Friday and had 9 showings for Saturday. It did not last. We had I think 6 offers. She helped us giving us knowledge on what type of loan was with each offer and which offer offered what. Let's just say for her it was quite the job for her but it was in our favor and she did an amazing job. She is puts her all in her job and takes great care of her clients and it shows.
