My husband and I have been here since June of 2022. The Parker is a nice complex tucked back and away from main roads. Quiet grounds. Office staff is FANTASTIC. Maintenance team 10 stars. Name drop shout out out to Mercedes, RJ, and Carl for always taking care of any requests in a timely manner. I love that they are improving the complex to benefit the residents. I love the package locker system and that they love animals and are very accommodating for pet owners. They have a dog park, FREE poop bags and trash cans on grounds, and they allow you to add netting to your patio to allow your fur babies to enjoy fresh air without getting out! This has been one of the best complexes that I have ever lived in.

I moved into Parker 6 months ago, during the transition of management system in the apartment complex. Yet the current management has been been very quick to fix any maintenance issues I had so far, and always shown polite and responsive attitude towards any of the concerns/ questions I had. They organize fun events often and the club house and renovated pool add more beauty to living in this place. Overall experience is wonderful!

The Parker Apartments have been one of the best places I've taken up residence. The employees are always kind, and maintenance will deal with any issue you have in an appropriate amount of time. The complex is very well kept, and the buildings are beautiful. I hope to see the same amount of care in the future as I've seen in the past year.

The apartment is clean and complex is very well kept. The staff is amazing. Mercedes in front office is so nice. she has helped me so much with many issues. she was very patient with my questions. This is my first apartment and she has been so patient and helpful during this moving process!

Clean and Comfortable! Not a bug in sight! Modern appliances. Tranquil little spot on the edge of town. The back patio is spacious and peaceful. Leasing agent Mercedes is wonderful and made us feel so welcome!

I was just visited by a very lovely person from. The maintenance team, named Heather. There was a knock on the door. And a very positive happy attitude greeted us. Heather came in and worked quickly to fix our microwave light. She fixed it kn a flash and off she went to help more Parker residents. Thank you for being so up beat and helpful!!

We moved in last April, and the new management has made a lot of improvements not only to the property, but to the emphasis on tenants' happiness. We've had the regular assortment of apartment issues, but we've usually never ended the day with the unresolved, or at least working on the problem. We plan on staying here for the next few years.

We have really enjoyed living here, and when it was time to renew they made us a reasonable offer despite being under new management! They only issues we've ever experienced we're with another tenant and this weird guy that graciously has moved on from this complex. The maintenance is really quick responding to requests and they're always super courteous when they are in my unit. Mercedes in the front office is so nice, and always very helpful and patient with requests. One of the best things for me is how close it is to Kilpatrick and 77, because it makes getting anywhere around the metro area very convenient. I would recommend The Parker for people that want a lot of bang for their buck!

My wife and moved in almost a week ago and living here has been an excellent experience so far! Janelle and Mercedes are incredibly nice and helpful. The gym is a very nice feature that my chubby butt will be taking full advantage of. We are very excited to try out the beautiful pool this summer. We feel very safe and welcome in this little neighborhood and look forward to being here for at least 15 more months!

Love The Parker my 3bd apartment is very spacious and comfortable the stainless-steel appliances are nice and i love my private patio and the extra storage unit attached is a plus my daughters love the community playground and the pool is always clean, and the gym is open 24/7 thank you for making this place feel like home

My roommates and I moved in about a year ago now, and so far it's been nothing but an upgrade from the last place. The people at the desk are always super helpful, and it's gotten to the point that I can walk into the office and be called by name. The grounds are nice, there's no litter and the trash never piles up. There's also a sweet dog park, that's just as well maintained as the rest of the complex. When anything breaks sending in a request is pretty easy, and they're very prompt in getting back to us. It may help that I live with as many as I do, but the rent is nice, too, and pretty reasonable with where we live. Overall, I think this has been my favorite apartment complex to live in, and the only next step up could be a house.

My wife and I are brand new to the state and this is our first apartment here in Oklahoma. I have nothing but positive experiences here so far. The front office staff have been very helpful to our requests and questions. The on call facilities team have been extremely professional and timely to things that weren’t working correctly. Great place to live!

Great place to live. Maintenance is really on top of orders. Big floor plans for the price. The new trash valet is nice as well. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone live here that is looking to live in Edmond.

I have lived here for almost a year and it is a perfect place for college students starting out. The front office people are always friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues I have. Maintenance has always came the same day or next when I have put in a request. The staff is truly on top of things when it comes to pleasing your needs.

Overall had a decent experience while living there. Maintenance was very responsive. Parking isn't the best depending on what building you live in, but it's not the worst. The absolute worst thing about my time living there was following a snow storm. Our ceiling collapsed in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, and the office was extremely nonchalant about the whole thing, saying that "stuff like [that] happens every year." overall, they were very unhelpful during that time and never sent anybody to clean up the debris and dirty water. after about two weeks, they told us that we had to leave and broke the lease, so we moved to a different apartment complex. other than our experience moving out, it was a good apartment for some college kids.

We just started the move in process and found out that the A/C wasn’t working. I can’t remember the name of the man that came and looked at it, but he was very respectful and very professional. Super nice guy and good to talk to. I think he said his name was Craig? Also, I want to say that Mercedes in the office is amazing! Very helpful and funny. All around a great experience for us so far!
