We thought that a realtor wouldn't be needed but we are so glad that we did! Their attention to detail on both the documents and the home ensured that all issues no matter how small were addressed! There were some minor cosmetic issues with the sidings on our home, Connie insured that they were being fixed. Even though we've moved into our home, new sidings have been delivered to be installed and painted. We were moving from out of state to Norman. Connie and VJ worked with us by FaceTime to review properties. They truly had our best interest in mind, we would see a house we liked in Zillow, they would inspect it as if it was us inspecting it. The Miller Dream Team will not disappoint! They got us $20k over ask! We originally interviewed a “big box” company, but after meeting with them, we felt that they were trying to list on the very low end of the market to get a quick sale. We also did not feel they were very professional. We then decided to give Connie and VJ Miller a call. When we met with Connie and VJ, we felt they were very professional, had a great strategy, and came up with a list price that was more on point with what was happening in the market around us. We were so impressed with them that we signed on the spot. They then held an open house for us that was nothing like we (or our neighbors) have ever seen before. Tons of people showed up to the open house and we were flooded with offers. They helped us navigate through the pros and cons of each offer, handled the negotiations well, and we closed with $20k over ask. We were extremely thrilled and could not recommend them enough. What can we say about this dream team. The years of experience was very valuable during the negotiations of building our home. We went from $2500 offer to $11,500 offer for help with closing costs. They reviewed all our contracts and added addendum where needed that were extremely valuable during the final stages of our build and saved us thousands. Also, on a side note I will say it is a shame that anyone with the ability to type words can have a voice and they can't be stopped. So, if I wanted to say Connie Miller showed up and she was not a person at all she was actually a Smurf and not human, I could and there would be a record declaring Connie Miller, Real Estate Broker is a Smurf not human.
