Some of which were simple questions and sometimes we'd go weeks without hearing a response. However, this review is not for leasing..it is for one of the maintenance technicians. The ONLY saving grace is definitely Donnie in their maintenance department. For only being with them for three months, he's the best they have! When I hear that he is coming out to work on our home, I know he will help us and he is efficient in doing so. He always keeps good communication and is very respectful and polite. Yoni (and then Chris) took over our property in early July 2020. It is a nice boutique apartment building in OKC. My brother and I felt that there should not have been nearly the management issues with it that we had with the FOUR previous management companies. The property had some deferred maintenance but it really was more an issue of being under-managed. It seems like controlling expenses, filling vacancies AND keeping the good tenants happy is too much to ask of most management companies. Yoni was able to turn the property mostly around within 6 months and had it completely stabilized in less than 12. The communication has been great, in whatever form I prefer (typically email or text for brief updates and voice for longer strategy sessions). Luckily. we have been able to handle most of the issues by email. No need for me to micro-manage the property managers like in the past. The statements tell me everything I know and the payments are promptly direct deposited into my account. It is about as close to a turnkey property as something this size gets.
