We started our real estate journey with a recommended realtor… and things changed very quickly for us. Suddenly, we were newly pregnant and had a time crunch… and an unresponsive realtor. All that changed after we reached out to Rachel. Within 24 hours we had a phone consult, and by the end of the next week, we had our first showing with her. From then, everything went smoothly! Working with Rachel was exactly what we dreamt of… easy to talk to (and get a hold of!), knowledgeable, has great references in her back pocket for when you get to the “under contract” part… and overall an amazing, wonderful person. Rachel was with us every step of the way from first views to closing! We cannot recommend her enough. We will miss working with her, but have gained a friend. (And Remy is just the absolute sweetest!)

Rachel recently helped me purchase my first home and I couldn't have been happier with my choice of realtor! She is a ray of sunshine and really helped me stay stress free through the whole process. Rachel is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. I actually work in the real estate business so I work with many realtors and I knew exactly the type of professional that I was looking for. The sale was complicated since I needed to sell our family home in Lyndhurst but live in a different state, so I interviewed may realtors to find the best one for me. The property meant a lot to our family and I wanted someone that would respect that and work well with my siblings who were also involved in the sale. I selected Rachel and she didn't let me down! Her communications were timely and she always responded promptly to any questions that I had during the sale process. She helped me to set a reasonable price so that that the property could be sold promptly but at its true value. Her fee was reasonable and she earned every penny of it. She helped me find a closing attorney who was also excellent. She made sure that the property was safe since I could not be there to keep an eye on it. In short, she went above and beyond my expectations. She even helped me to make sure that I had all of the required smoke detectors in place and helped clear up open building permits that could hold up the sale. She helped deal with the items that came up during the home inspection. She even arranged for the remaining furniture to be moved out and offered to anyone in need. What more could you possibly want? I would not hesitate to use her again. If you select her, you will be pleasantly surprised!

I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a house!! She made the whole process extremely easy she was very responsive and had amazing input on all the properties that we looked at. Beyond her professionalism She help me out with the home inspections by recommending a highly qualified inspector and also suggesting a sewer inspection which turned out to be very beneficial due to there being issues with the sewer line. Aside from her recommendations she also scheduled all of the appointments and really made life easy. She also recommended a mortgage company that was very good and they helped me lock in an amazing rate. I wish we could give more than 5 stars to Rachel. I met Rachel a few years ago at the gym and when it was time for my husband and I to sell our home in Jefferson, Rachel was my first phone call. We had every issue you could ever imagine selling our home, including going through 3 different buyers before closing the deal. Not only was Rachel extremely patient the entire time, she was extremely positive even when Steve and I were ready to explode! She assisted us in sourcing the appropriate resources our property needed in order to close as well as referring us to a great lawyer and title company to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Rachel was always present for our inspections and rearranged her schedule to ensure she could support us. We also used Rachel to purchase our new home. Rachel asked all of the questions we couldn't think of (or wouldn't have even thought of!) during our showing, and wasn't afraid to negotiate when putting in our offer. She was present for all of these inspections and walk throughs as well and we were grateful for the support. Rachel is now one of our friends and we are so unbelievably thankful to have had her as our realtor!
