I had a wonderful experience while living here. I was on a short term lease as I was in the process of buying a home. I needed a location where I could feel safe. From the first phone contact Tania the property manager was phenomenal. She is attentive, friendly, listens, is quick in her responses, and goes above and beyond. Collectively she has events for the tenants in the lobby, give aways, ect Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, ect. The maintenance staff is always on top of issues. The trash is taken out daily. There is covered and uncovered parking available for a fee. The location to restaurants and the local Shoprite were awesome. I was in a 2 bedroom, but viewed the studio and 1 bedroom unit as well. The security staff in the lobby were always available. They have carts for tenant use to bring up items to your floor. The elevators are always operable. I could go on and on for days. There is a washer/dryer in the unit too. The only con I can think of is the walls are on the thin side. If you have kids like me it’s a job to keep things quiet, but overall we had a great positive clean safe experience. I would highly recommend them. It is worth it!

Tania made our experience very easy! She kept me posted about available apartments and was always so quick to get back to me. She did her best to accommodate all of my apartment concerns and needs. The building is in great condition and is super safe! I can’t wait to settle in!

The best experience ever. Can’t really find any negative comment to say. It is very safe with absolutely friendly security guys. Everything is clean and well maintained. Having the shop rite just behind the building is a GREAT plus. I lived there for 2 years and a half while going to rutgers school as a student. Walking distance to the university hospital. Apartment is very clean and bright. It was a very enjoyable experience and i wish i could have stayed for longer.

The security is very good as well as the location. With Shoprite, the dollar store, and a handful of places to eat, most of the things you need are within a 2-5 minute walk. The bright and spacious rooms coupled with friendly and cooperative staff make for a great experience.

I had the most wonderful experience moving into 24 Jones Street. Firstly I was sick with Covid, so my daughter moved in 1st. When I finally came home, it was like heaven. The view is wonderful, the place is well kept, and the apt is very nice. It has all you need and you’ll only have to leave the apt for work and groceries if you don’t shop online. The staff is very nice and the other tenants are very pleasant. I love this place. I’m never gonna move! Lol

Tania made our daughter’s rental experience incredibly stress free. She walked our daughter through every step of the process. She is incredibly professional, in addition to being very pleasant and patient. The building is well kept and the apartment is beautiful!

Tania is one of the best managers I have ever seen. She is very attentive; if you have a problem/issue, She will solve it instantly. She also has great respect for veterans. The building is new. Security is good. Just keep in mind that the walls are a bit thin. If music and sound are a problem for you, try to take the upper floor.

I was given a tour of this apartment complex, over the weekend. If you are a student, or work in a nearby hospital. This place is a delight for you. Walking distance to Rutgers medical center, amongst other things. If you need groceries, a shop rite is in your backyard. This place has garage parking, along with security staff on site 24 hours a day.

I’ve been at 24 Jones apartments for over a year now and have to say I am beyond satisfied. Maintenance supervisor Matthew is very prompt and addresses issues quickly! Regarding the management team (especially Tameeka) they are courteous and try their best to accommodate you. The rent is reasonable for the location, very short commute to and from the nearby universities!! Excellent place to live!! Highly recommend!!

The management team/Leasing office has been so helpful in making my moving and living experience as comfortable as possible. The complex is quiet and located in an area where things such as groceries are easily accessible!

I have lived in a variety of places in different states and the processes always was tedious. However, this complex, with the help of Tameeka Howell, made my transition from Arizona so much better as I was provided everything in a timely and organized fashion which is greatly appreciated. The apartment is lovely and the staff is wonderful!

Apartments are bright, airy and clean. Security has been generally good. No kitchen sprayer or garbage disposal. Love the in-unit washer and dryer. Fairly quiet, for Newark. We will likely relocate due to constant weed odor.

I've recently moved into the apartment and everyone at the leasing office and security have been very welcoming. One person in particular that has been really patient and helpful is Tameeka Howell who works at the leasing office. Without any hesitation she's been helping me for the past couple of weeks in getting the unit I wanted. It's nice to know that if I have any questions or concerns, Tameeka will respond to my messages or calls quickly and gets the job done.

Coming from Arkansas, the 24 Jones staff was great in accommodating me. I've made meaningful connections, and I enjoy the diverse community. My favorite staff members are Tameeka Howell and John who works in the lobby. They've been amazing!

I have not yet moved in, so I can only speak on behalf of my tour experience and the leasing office staff. Immediately after submitting my request for a tour, Tameeka from the leasing office reached out to me and was a wealth of information. Upon my arrival for my tour, I was shown all around the building and no questions were left unanswered. Additionally, Tameeka answered my emails after office hours and on the weekends, which is greatly appreciated during the stressful time of apartment hunting and signing a lease. Tameeka started off my experience with 24 Jones in an incredibly positive way and i am really looking forward to moving in!

24 Jones is best designed apartment in Newark with access to all the colleges, public transportation and surrounded by the restaurants and shopping. Apartment is very well maintained with 24/7 Security. It has a good gym with regular cultural activities/food festivals sponsored by 24 Jones:-) Great support/maintenance team and wonderful experience!
