I’ve been a tenant for 3 years at waterline square. The building’s architectural design is stunning, there’s over 100k sq ft of creative and fitness amenity spaces. The staff are equally terrific complimenting the beauty of it all. The employees at front desk, the maintenance workers, Amenities staff, leasing department & management team, are all amazing. They are welcoming, polite and helpful. Not to mention the fun events they orchestrate that my family and everyone in our community loves. In particular Korie, Leo, Eileen and Aaron from the property management team have been very responsive and helpful in any & all situations when I needed them. As well as Angel in the waterline amenities club, who’s always been delightful and helpful in helping us get familiar with navigating the club. Javier at the front desk has also interacted so well with my family. Overall, Waterline square is the total package!

A big shout out to Aaron Cohen and his team at Waterline Square. From day 1 of my communication with Aaron, I found him to be a pleasure to work with. He was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, and his commitment to service was beyond exemplary. Aaron is a great asset to the Waterline team and based on my experience, he proved to serve his community of tenants extremely well. With his guidance, the process of securing a rental and completing the lease was seamless. He was very accommodating when a viewing was requested, and he immediately made the introduction to Ally and Eileen to begin and complete the lease process. They also delivered the same exceptional level of customer service, which reinforced the team atmosphere, and the desire to be the best at what they do. Team Aaron not only talked the talk, they walked the walk! Truly happy with the experience and would highly recommend them and Waterline Square to anybody looking for a new rental.

Never did I think apartment hunting in NYC could be so enjoyable! First off, the Waterline property is perhaps the best in the entire city of Manhattan: new construction, stunning views, and unbeatable amenities. To top it off, though, everyone on the Waterline team is nothing short of exceptional. We had the pleasure of working with Kelly in leasing, who showed us our apartment and the building more than once (and let us measure every square of inch of the apartment for planning and design), and with Aaron in management, who made sure our move-in process was smooth, seamless, and welcoming. The doormen and on-site staff are also friendly, professional, and eager to help in any way they can. The entire team has cultivated an experience that creates a peaceful sanctuary within the chaos of the city. We’re so happy to be part of the Waterline community!

My husband and I have had the best experience living at Waterline. Not only does it give us a safe place call home, the front desk staff go above and beyond to make us feel cared for. All maintenance needs are handled quickly, there is a warm welcome every time we get back, and the building common areas are spotless. We have lived in many building and I can say Waterline has been highlight of New York for us. In regards to the staff, Miguel has been one of the most professional, efficient, attentive, and warm hearted employee we’ve known. He truly looks after me, my husband, and our dog ensuring we have the best experience. Any issues we are having or concerns he addresses instantly. With so many different residences here he knows everyones name and no matter what the day brings, he greets everyone with a warm smile and hello. He helped make this place feel like home! If you are looking for a place for your family, a couple, or just a peaceful living spot for yourself out of the chaos of the city - could not recommend Waterline more. Came home for the first time since we got married and saw this beautiful orchid flowers come in! First reaction is to give my husband a hug and kiss but once I saw the letter I was left in awe!! It’s not enough that we have the most beautiful building in the city with the nicest staff and BEST management team (AARON COHEN) and the best amenities in the world but to see the management team truly care about me and my husband and our wedding tops off the entire package! I've waited 5 months to post a review because I wanted to make sure that my first impressions were lasting. We moved to 2 Waterline Square in July of 2021. We were warmly welcomed by the team on day one and we are grateful to have experienced the unparalleled and unwavering quality of Waterline's service ever since. Micheal Gubbins and his customer service/operations team are clearly the benchmark when considering & comparing New York's full amenity buildings. The apartments themselves are beautifully finished - generously sized and luxuriously appointed. Waterline clearly offers first rate amenities (you have to see The Waterline Club - although, I'm tempted to try and keep it a secret.) and early indications would seem to suggest that GID has the will and the resources to maintain and sustain the quality of the building and it's amenities well into Waterline's future. It's a short walk (or shuttle ride) to Columbus Circle and Central Park, and there is easy access to the conveniently adjacent 'Riverside Park' - for the runners and the bike riders. The central square itself is always filled with the life and energy of genuine community - the sight and sound of small children playing in the fountains through the summer months was a joy - and I'm told the 'on-site' restaurants will be opening in few weeks. We are thrilled to have made a home here.

The process of moving is already an arduous and stressful task, but Waterline Square does a great job of making it easy and stress free. Plus their rental layouts and appliance choices are smart. They seem to incorporate the renter's needs as a priority instead of just what's quick and easy on their end. Their staff is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. What an incredible building with probably the best amenities in the city. Staff is very helpful and everyone is friendly. I used to live in midtown and although the amenities in my building were very good (The Orion), this place is just something else. Definitely worth looking into it if you're considering finding a place in Manhattan.

What a beautiful place to live, I have felt like a VIP since the moment I became a resident here. Every detail in this building is beautiful, the amenities take my breath away it's so beautiful sometimes I pinch myself it's designed to perfection. I have been treated first class by the door staff, the management and even when I moved in I was spoiled with gifts, champagne and even products for my home. They even use aromatherapy throughout the halls, the decor is first class and the staff go above and beyond to serve you. I truly look forward to spending many decades here and creating memories with my family. I love every bit of this place. The ultimate living experience. Was here to view some apartments and they did not disappoint even one bit. First thing first, the staff showing us around was so nice, warm and very friendly. The building is a state of the art fully equipped facility. Once you get in there's absolutely no reason to go out. It's equipped with all sort of fun activities inside. From a jacuzzi to a huge pool, a soccer and basketball court, a music studio, an indoor rock climbing gym, a gymnasium, a golf room and even a gaming room. This complex has it all. And don't even get me started on the rooms, they are spacious and very well equipped and if lucky you get the Hudson river breathtaking view. All the rooms we were shown had great natural lighting and the ceilings were considerably high. My friend is getting one and I can tell you this, if I ever move to New York, this is the go to place that I would really love to live. It's a community like no other.

My family and I recently toured Waterline Square for the first time and were greeted by a really courteous concierge named Leo who asked if we would like a refreshing beverage upon arrival. We were shown the model apartments and fell in love with the finishes, apartment sizes, closet space, in unit washer/dryers and Hudson River views! When we thought the tour could not get any better, we were shown the Waterline Club. A tennis court, full sized basketball court, children’s playroom, art studio and so much more! Waterline Square is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful, only two years old so everything is like new and the views of the river are awesome. The amenity spaces are beyond incredible, (you truly do have to see them to believe). The staff is great too. The neighborhood is quiet but has a great energy. they are always coming up with fun programs like outdoor yoga and live music in the park. With new restaurants opening soon it will be hard to hide this great community from the rest of the city!

My family and I moved into 2 Waterline Square a few days ago. People say that moving apartments is one of the most stressful events in a person's life, but the folks at Waterline went out of their way to make it as easy as possible. The condo apartment we bought is gorgeous, with a large terrace with a stunning view of the city and Hudson river. The appliances, fittings and finishes are top notch. The service in the building is fantastic - they were very responsive to the inevitable maintenance requests following a move. Last, but not the least, the amenities in the building are like I have never seen! Thanks to Atashia, Mike, Daniel, Bob, Kelsang, Jake, Tsering and the rest of the condo team for everything!

We love the building and staff, from Daniel to his entire team, they are very attentive and ensure all of our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. We just moved into One Waterline a month ago and have been thrilled with the experience so far. The views and quality of construction are superb and the building staff from the doormen like Jim Walsh and Miguel to the building managment and maintenance led by Mike O'Hara and Eileen Campbell have been responsive and professional. Ari Kliot also made the leasing and move-in process very easy. There are also a variety of excellent amenities in the neighborhood and park (outside movie screenings this week, the opening up of the Harry's Table/Cirpiani food court), not to mention the singular excellence of the Waterline Club (indoor tennis court, hydroponic garden, etc). Bonus points for the garage staff as well and the convenience of having access to your car at a moment's notice!

OMG!!! I have seen a lot of beautiful residential buildings with amazing amenities, but nothing like what I witnessed today on my tour of Waterline Square. I had expected to be wow'd, but seeing it all in person was an experience I didn't anticipate - from start to finish. They thought of everything and the detail of the design left me speechless. I felt like a kid in a candy shop, ooo'ing and aww'ing! The podcast room, recording studio, art room, Adventure room, indoor skateboard park, 3 story rock climbing wall, indoor soccer field, squash court, tennis court, basketball court, green room, screening room, salt water lap pool, boxing gym, outdoor park with flowing water stream and walking path.......I can go on and on. I was greeted by every staff member with a smile, making me feel welcomed and at home. Thank you Aaron for taking the time - I am in complete awe. Your kindness was genuine and greatly appreciated.

My husband and I moved into Two Waterline Square back in September, 2020. We have always lived in luxury high rises in NYC, however it wasn't until we moved to the condos at Two Waterline Square did we really experience what a true luxury apartment feels like. The staff at two waterline are truly exemplary, the concierges David, Dean, Javier and porters Jack and Remy makes you feel like you're staying at the Four Seasons/Peninsula hotels. They always go above and beyond and are genuinely kind, and interested in assisting in anyway they can. The building and resident lounge is always kept impeccably clean and most importantly the maintenance team responds to requests almost instantaneously. Of course also the building and units itself are amazing, but it is the staff at Two Waterline Square that makes this a true luxury living. We are truly thankful to have such a wonderful staff in place

We’re very happy with our experience so far at One Waterline. The apartments right on the river have great layouts and even better views. The staff as a whole has been extremely helpful, especially during this crazy Covid period. I specifically want to highlight what a great job the senior property manager Aaron Cohen has done in responding to any issues or concerns we had. The best part of Waterline Square is the amenity space at the Waterline Club. It is probably the best amenity space in NYC. Tennis court, soccer field, basketball, pool, golf, art, music, etc. — more than enough to keep our family (including young children) occupied and happy. I would strongly recommend this property, especially for families with young children.

This is by far the nicest luxury building in New York City. Not only is it incredibly beautiful with the top tier amenities but the management of the building is undeniably incredible. I have never had such a great experience living anywhere else in New York City. I was honestly so sad to leave but decided it was time for me to leave New York and moved to Florida last month. Waterline management was nice enough to let me leave without any problems and even helped me set up my move to Florida. This building is classy, genuine and memorable. Wow, what an amazing set of buildings and gorgeous public spaces! I did a walk-through while visiting friends and staying the weekend, and it felt like I was walking through a Ritz Carlton resort. The lobby at 2 Waterline has to be the most beautiful lobby in all of NYC, especially amongst condos and apartments. I loved the amount of work spaces available, in particular, especially if you factor in the Club, which is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Are you kidding me with this 100k of amenities!!! It seems like whether you are single, married or married with kids, the Club has something(s) for you. Honestly, the Club is like having a Country Club in the heart of the Upper West Side. How lucky are these residents?! I would spend $1k/month and a hefty annual fee to have access to such amenities. Indoor tennis, squash, and bball .. say what! By the way, amenities and finishes aside, whomever trained or hired the staff, BRAVO! How is everyone so nice and accommodating? I was shocked by the (high) level of service and overall professionalism.

Truly the best living experience I've had from top to bottom. Obviously the building is great but I've been to nice buildings where they couldn't care less about courtesy, maintenance, and just general tenant satisfaction. Everyone I've met here from the doormen to maintenance to the heads of the complex have been kind, understanding, and gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. Truly so happy we live here. And that's damn near impossible to find in NYC.

I currently live on waterline square 3 and I’ve lived in this building for a year now and renewing it for another 2 years. I have lived in several building in the city and by far this has to be one of the best residential buildings in the city. The staff is extremely helpful at all times, the building maintains itself very very clean which is one of my most important things. The neighbors and neighborhood itself is very family friendly if you have kids a lot to do in the building and outside of it also. I would recommend this building to anyone that is looking for a great place to live at in the city.

First Class top to bottom. For high end luxury rental buildings in NYC, Waterline Sq is in a league of its own. The units themselves are fantastic, we love the location, well appointed, beautifully done lobbies, landscaping, parks etc. Just a great place to live - a retreat in the city. The staff are flawless, from the concierges, porter team, maintenance team etc it all works so fluidly and with such warmth and care for the tenants, we feel special, unique and known whenever we come home to our building. As has already been well written about and reviewed, the amenities space for residents is one of the best amenities spaces in the world, no exaggeration. Its one thing to see it in pictures, its another to see it in person and actually be able to use it everyday, makes Manhattan a different living experience because of it. The thing that stood out for me the most with Waterline Square was how great the management, owners, and staff are collectively, they are all aligned with care for one another and a unified approach to 5star service and tenants. Couldn't speak more highly of living here.

I moved into Two Waterline Square in October of 2020, and since the first day that I toured my apartment the staff has wen above and beyond with making me feel at home. This is my first time living in an apartment building and I was a bit weary of how the transition from a private house would be, but I couldn’t believe I was missing out on an experience like this especially with the team at Two Waterline Square. Each member of the concierge team goes above and beyond each and every day with an upbeat attitude and warm welcomes each and every time. Any time I’ve had a concern with anything, my request was responded to and addressed within an amazing time frame and always given an amazing resolution. I couldn’t be more happier with how caring the entire team is! They are so personable and take the time to get to know how my day is as well. A super fantastic team really that really make my home feel like home. Enough praise cannot be given to how well this team functions and shows up every day. I’ve been fortunate to live in and visit several luxury building in nyc and other cities. My family chose to move in to Waterline Square 3 for a number of reasons: 1. Beautiful apartment, amazing views and top of the line appliances (gaggenau) 2. Amenities (Waterline Club) far beyond your imagination (jokingly say I have spent more time showing the club than I have actually worked out) 3. Amazing staff at 3 Waterline and across the board - everyone is personable, super friendly and very attentive to resident needs 4. Very family friendly concept with plenty of options. 5. Luxury through and through, no cutting corners! (Which many buildings actually do) Highly recommend Waterline Square (3) and for the sake of full disclosure - the only negative feedback I have is that we had issues with the parking garage not being up and running appropriately when we moved in and that the garage owners kept changing prices without notifying us. In the bigger scheme of things, that was a minor issue.

The building also offers unprecedented resort-style amenities which have been great experience for our family. Best Concierge Service in NYC We are constant traveling couple with a kid and we saw many countries and many locations. So far this is best welcome and attentive service: all maintenance requests fast and easy going, perfect access control (we feel very secure), very clean and fresh, super nice people - always helping, stylish, smiling. We even stayed them our beloved mandarin tree when we out and they returned it full of small fruits, so lovely. Our request abut scooter parking was solved in 1 day - all parkings in the area full and crazy pricing. They went above and beyond in assisting us during the hectic move in period. We came home after a Columbus Day weekend trip to a gorgeous orchid and note from Aaron. He's super responsive to any little request I've made. Having lived in NYC for 20 years in various luxury high rise buildings, I can honestly say this is hands down the most well run building I've lived in. The amenities are obviously amazing. Having 2 boys in the city during covid, we wanted to live in a building with space for them to run around. Waterline square has exceeded our expectations and made the transition back to the city after a summer at the beach much easier for my boys. When we moved in, our apartment was in perfect condition and Ryan (I think is his name) took the time and was very patient in showing me everything and how AC/appliances work. All of the doorman and maintenance crew are wonderful. Rayshan and Corey in particular are so buttoned up and never miss a beat. We're thrilled to call Waterline Square our home and plan on being here for a while.

Also, the folks at GID took the living experience one step further by offering a ton of amazing extracurricular activities, such as a summer concert series, outdoor movie nights for kids and adults, festive events around the square, and a ton of cool classes and experiences inside the Club. If you are a developer in the city looking to build residences and community, just follow the example set by the GID folks - seriously, they raised the bar to an entirely different level. Everyday I am greeted and attended to by a friendly and helpful concierge team, where people like Tim and Kofi do their best to make you feel at home. If there’s one thing that I can complain about, it is that my experience here has set the bar of renting/living at NYC so high that it’s so likely that I might feel disappointed now that I have to move out to elsewhere due to work reasons. The building is so elegantly and beautifully designed that every time I walk by outside I can’t help but take out my phone to capture my amazement. Also, the Waterline Club is a underground masterpiece. Basketball court, volleyball, soccer field, game room and social lounge, you name it. And because it’s exclusive to WQ residents it never feels crowded which usually happens in other gym locations. All in all, this is a top-notch building with amazing team ready to deliver an unforgettable experience. I’ll *always* look forward to the day that I return here in the future.

A few days after we moved into our apartment at Two Waterline, we arrived outside the building with our car full of more heavy, bulky stuff that hadn't made it to the moving truck a few days earlier. As we were getting it out of the car a small army of Waterline Square employees showed up from nowhere with trollies and energy and proceeded to take the operation completely out of our hands. We hadn't asked for any help, they just saw the situation unfolding and sprang into action. That's the kind of place this is and the kind of people they are. Yes, the building is beautiful and new and full of amenities (that's why we chose it) but it is how welcoming it turned out to be that has really made this feel like home. This is thanks to Michael Gubbins and his team that help us everyday with food deliveries, packages, questions, repairs and general friendliness. I could write a short novel about how much I love living at Waterline Square! My boyfriend (now fiance) and I moved into Waterline in the middle of COVID. Apprehensive and nervous about our move, we were absolutely welcomed into the Waterline community in the warmest (and safest) way. The team was not only unbelievably helpful with our move (and everything that comes with moving in NYC during a global pandemic haha - i.e. millions of delayed shipments, early deliveries, etc), but they continue to be so helpful and thoughtful each and every day we live here. From organizing incredible quarantine activities (outdoor sunset Yoga, and zoom sommelier classes), to keeping us posted on all the efforts they are taking to make their staff and residents safe. Now, if I havent raved about the staff enough, let me continue... they are not only professional but they are always kind, courteous, thoughtful and friendly. I love nothing more than coming down in the mornings and seeing my pal, David, coming back from a run and saying hey to Jake, walking out for an evening run and catching up with Jack... I cant tell you enough how fantastic the staff is here and how at home they will make you feel. And wait till you see the building, the apartments and the amenities - they will make you swoon! Floor to ceiling windows, stunning kitchens with white marble counter tops and the finest Gaggenau appliances. Trust me, there is no way anyone could ever be disappointed. Now onto ammenities... I wont list them all because it will be longer than my rave about the staff but check them out on their website. In a COVID world, it has become more important than ever to have access to amenity spaces and these are the best I have seen in NYC. Move to Waterline and let's play some squash - you wont regret it!

A big shoutout to the team at One Waterline Square...they are all amazing, the door staff (Miguel, Luis, Winson, John and Dalissa in particular) maintenance staff and everyone in between....beautiful building, fabulous views, park is awesome, but the staff make it the best place to call home!

Just wish that the parking garage was run by the building and not by a 3rd party the parking prices are completely outrages I understand that we are in Manhattan but I can't even afford to park my cars in the buildings garage.

I love living at Waterline Square! This is the second place I have lived in NYC and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I purchased a condominium at this residence overlooking the Hudson River with no obstructions. The view is spectacular. The building is built extremely well (I never hear my neighbors) and all of the appliances and fixtures are modern. The employees treat our building like their own home, which makes my family comfortable. Shout out to Graham for his countless efforts to take care of everything, even when I am not expecting it! He is a joy and very diligent. Whenever there is an issue, which is rare, he is the first one we trust to complete the job meticulously. Waterline makes it easy to live in Manhattan with the bonus of the amenities. The amenities are referred to as the Nexus and it is without a doubt, an OASIS. The Nexus offers everything from a swimming pool, golf simulator, bowling, gym and my favorite the library. It’s great for hosting prominent parties for my law firm. Waterline Square has constantly reassured me I made the right choice purchasing my condo. I have the best home and consider myself fortunate to be living here. I absolutely recommend this building.

Mein neuer Lieblingsplatz in New York! Super unscheinbar wenige Blocks westlich vom Columbus Cyrcle gelegen. Und natürlich mit bester Sonnenuntergangsposition. Es gibt eine Hand voll Restaurants direkt am Square und am Eiswagen bekommt man auch leckeres und völlig überteuertes Softeis. (Translation) My new favorite place in New York! Super inconspicuous located a few blocks west of the Columbus Cyrcle. And of course with the best sunset position. There are a handful of restaurants right on the square and the ice cream truck also serves delicious and overpriced soft ice cream.
