I have the nicest apartment in Manhattan. I have to pinch myself every day to ask, “Do I really live here?” Family, friends and co-workers visit in person or on Skype and they ask me how I landed this treasure. I love it here. I moved to NYC during the pandemic, so making friends has been tough, but Adrian has been my go-to guy. I definitely feel taken care of knowing that Adrian is the concierge running things. He is a super nice guy who is always willing to go the extra mile. He always says, “don’t worry, I’ll take care of that.” So, I have the best apartment in Manhattan and apparently the best concierge too. I am a lucky guy during a tough time for all of us and I appreciate what I have.

Love living at Avalon Clinton! This is the second place I’ve lived in NYC and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are solid construction, so extremely quiet and I never hear my neighbors. Anytime I’ve needed a maintenance issue taken care of, it’s done in less than 24 hours. (In most cases, almost immediately.) The concierge guys, however, are what make it. Shout out to Adrian who takes care of everything, even when I’m not expecting it! Rodney and Miguel on the weekends are also a joy. Avalon makes it easy and comfortable to live in NYC. Highly recommend. I’m also a meteorologist so the breathtaking sky views are a huge bonus!

Being new to NYC, we went with ‘Avalon’ for an apartment complex because of their reputation, and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The apartments are beautiful and you have terrific views of the city. The location is truly amazing and the staff working here really put this complex over the top. I also want to take a moment to give a shout out to Adrian, at the North tower concierge, for his relentless hard work and positive attitude day in and day out. I’d recommend this apartment building to people moving to the city without hesitation.

I’ve been to quite a few buildings in the city but I have to say the Avalon Clinton is definitely one of New York City’s hidden gems. The lobby and views are spectacular. You have a clear view of the entire skyline but the best part of the building is the amazing staff. Ozzy and Joe were by far the friendliest front desk staff I’ve ever met. Ozzy was so funny and friendly. He made sure I was able to get to my friends apartment with ease and even gave me some great dinner recommendations. Dinner was great Ozzy, Thanks!

I stalked this building for a solid year until the perfect apartment was available. Once my fiancé and I toured there was no other place we wanted to live. Sarah (who sadly no longer works here) was UNbelievable with how helpful and kind she was. She even hand wrote us a note when we moved in that said “I’m so happy this day has finally come”, and so were we! We joke with our friends that we have a tv sitcom apartment. The kind of apartment you can’t really believe regular people in nyc can have. Our view is so beautiful (as is the view from the roof!) and working from home has been a breeze. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful (and always willing to let us pet their dogs!) The concierge are always helpful and welcoming and on dozens of occasions Adrian and Miguel C. in particular have both gone ABOVE and beyond for us. In buildings so big for them to even remember our names is one of the things that make us love Avalon so much. And our cat Potato does too!

We just moved back to New York, and we wanted to come back to Avalon Clinton since our first experience was so great… And guess what… No disappointment! The leasing office makes everything possible to ease the process… Concierges are always welcoming and dedicated (Adrian was really helpful during the moving in!!). Now we can enjoy the nice apartment and the amazing view on the skyline!

I've gone to Avalon to visit a friend of mine and I absolutely love the building! The apartments are beautiful, the desk staff is super friendly and professional (shout out to Ozzy and Joe!). And the rooftop view is the die for, I could practically live up there. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody!

I moved in to the Avalon Clinton about 5 months ago. The apartments are quiet, the views are stunning, and the neighborhood is vibrant. But the true gem of the Avalon Clinton is the concierge/front desk staff. From day one these guys can only be described as above-and-beyond. From helping with the movers, move-in process, and furniture delivery, to making sure the apartment was clean and ready for me, they all went out of their way to make me feel at home every day as a new resident. It seems like no ask is too big or too much. And considering the size of the building and the number of residents they have to take care of, it almost seems impossible that they can be everywhere at once, do it all quickly and still find time to be so friendly and ask you about your day. These guys just get it and they make living at the Avalon Clinton as nice as it is. I've seen it in previous reviews, and it's the truth, Concierge Adrian AKA "Mr. Don't worry, you know I got you," not only never fails, he does us all one better, he anticipates.

Our experience with Avalon Clinton has been great! We love our apartment and the views of the city, the rooftop has become a picture destination to our guests, but the best part is the service! They’re always ready to help, maintenance is really fast when you need them and Angel is simply the best!!! He will go above an beyond to help you with whatever you need, he doesn’t forget one little thing you tell him and he does all that smiling, which is not something you get everywhere in the busy NYC! I've been living at Avalon Clinton for a year now and ready to move out. The concierge team is super efficient and has very good manner, however, the on-site team needs some training and improvement on how they handle inquiries from their customers. I encountered a female staff who has been very rude on answering every questions. I understand that everybody may have a bad day once in a while, but a customer-facing job requires people to be professional and have good manner. Please train your staff properly. It's bad for your image and business.

I have lived here for more than 3 years, and would highly recommend this building. The concierge team at the desk is great. Angel demonstrates incredible customer service and kindness every day. He's incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional--I'm always happy to see that he's working when I come home after work or head down to the desk to grab a package. I want to give a shout-out to the concierge TEAM in the North Tower of Avalon Clinton which has enhanced my life and day-to-day experience beyond simply having a beautiful and well-maintained community in which to live. Tim, Adrian, Ryan, Miguel and Brandon each have skill sets and personal strengths which have been helpful and impressive individually, inter-personally - organization, focus, communication, humor, logistic trouble-shooting, multi-tasking, problem-solving and reliability - but they also cohere, communicate and work well as a team -- resulting in the best, most secure care I've experienced anywhere I've lived. For a logistically difficult maintenance emergency, the maintenance staff quickly, efficiently and comprehensively fixed my problem. I am extremely happy with the result.

I love living here! Great concierge doormen and I have never lived in a building with more responsive maintenance staff. Last night at 8pm we reported our bathroom exhaust fans were not working. They had it fixed the same night! Who gets maintenance work done at 10pm? Avalon Clinton!

If you are looking for an apartment complex on the west side, look no further. I cannot rave enough about this building and its top notch service. The management team has truly gone above and beyond to make my apartment a home. Eddie, Andrew and Joe are literally lifesavers. Anytime I need a repair in my unit they take care of it quickly, efficiently and make sure it is handled properly. They are extremely knowledgable in their craft and make sure you feel comfortable during any repair and restoration.

This is our third Avalon complex and by FAR our favorite. We absolutely love living here and don’t see ourselves leaving anytime soon. The skyline views, gym and rooftop are so nice. I feel really safe living here. Also, Angel (front desk) makes it even more enjoyable. When our lease renewal came up, Angels name definitely came up as a part of our decision to re-sign! He is always so friendly and helpful!! He definitely helped make us feel right at home here!

We lived at Avalon Clinton for a year and while our life took us away from New York we frequently consider moving back to the city and Avalon Clinton. One of the things that drew us to Avalon Clinton were the online review on google and yelp which had real people who actually seemed to enjoy living there instead of being filled with disgruntled tenants. A year later and here I am writing a review about how much we enjoyed living there. The thing that made it feel most like home was the excellent concierge team. Joel was always happy to help us with anything we needed, and could be counted on to greet us with a smile and tell us about the latest dessert offering in the city. Tips: - The views are amazing from higher floors. Our F unit had both city and water views which never got old. - The bedrooms are carpeted, which we appreciated. One of our movers told us Avalon buildings are the only apartments he’d seen in the city with carpet in the bedrooms. - The finishes in the units are serviceable but aren’t super high end. - The maintenance team is great. We never had a maintenance request take more than a day. Coming from suburban home ownership to somewhere where we could open a maintenance request online and have it taken care of the next day was mind blowing. - The roof deck is usually completely empty in the mornings making it a great place to drink coffee on a warm summer day. Bring a hat though as there isn’t much shade.

Daniel in leasing is a champion, from the beginning he's helped me take the stress out of the moving experience, and made it a real luxury experience. Absolutely love the fact that Avalon Clinton is 100% smoke free and now dog friendly. The amenities are fantastic. The gym is spacious and the machines are well maintained. My favorite is the Sundeck. I love taking my laptop upstairs and being able to get work from home done while watching the sunset over the Hudson River. Danielle helped us find the perfect apartment we were seeking and made our overall move in experience comfortable. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns we may have. The maintenance team is great and always resolve any issues we may experience in a timely manner. We appreciate that Jose & Frank always come promptly to the time we requested and even give us a courtesy call before arriving upstairs. The gentlemen at the concierge desk are always a great face to see when coming home from a long day at work. Knowing we have them downstairs 24/7 really gives us peace of mind. Jason, Stan & Josh always notify us whenever a package has arrived or once our dry cleaning is ready for pick up. What most stands out with me is how welcoming and warm the guys are towards my parents whenever they come visit!

Avalon Clinton is a place I am happy to call home. It is a full-service luxury building with great amenities, decent price considering the location and the positive experience you are getting; more importantly, top-notch service. Avalon definitely knows who are the right people to hire. Especially, Joel from the concierge team. He always welcomes you with a warm smile and genuinely offers his help if you need anything. A few weeks back, I accidentally dropped my credit card in the elevator and I didn't realize it until Joel personally delivered my card back to me at my apartment. My fiancé and I have lived here for almost a year and love our home! The staff are very kind and helpful whether it be for a delivery, mail, or just a passing chat. Angel was there the night we officially moved in, welcomed us with a friendly energy and since then has been nothing but wonderful to us. Shanae has also been amazing and kind. Cranston and Tim did a great job installing a replacement dishwasher with a minimum of disruption. Both are always so friendly and helpful and we are lucky to have them here at Avalon Clinton. The cleaning staff are also wonderful and work very hard to keep the building running smoothly and looking clean and fresh... particularly Bolivar who pays great attention to detail. I have noticed him cleaning surfaces that most would just ignore or miss! The front desk staff are always so welcoming and friendly. A special call out to Angel, Aundre and Chevelle who always put a smile on our faces when we are coming home. They make this place truly feel like home.

The Front Desk team in the South Tower do a great job. Bryan is always very courteous, friendly, and professional; he makes us and our guests feel very welcome. Angel is super helpful and always willing and ready to assist with any requests we have. Repairs and maintenance are carried out quickly and all work is completed to a high standard. Pedro from the maintenance team completed some minor repairs in my apartment, his work was top rate and he left everything immaculately clean after he'd finished the work.

The building has most of the amenities you would need and everything is well maintained and cared for. Email communications from management are clear and thorough. The staff and concierges (Adrian, Miguel) are friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The location is also perfectly central while being away from Times Square.

Wanted to send some love to all the great folks at Avalon Clinton North this Valentine's Day :) Adrian is always helpful and friendly. The other day Miguel fixed my Wi-Fi in an instant. Today Joe Santana helped with the plumbing. In general, the maintenance guys are ON IT -- which makes living here much less stressful during a very stressful time when many of us are working and living at home and need everything to run smoothly. Having lived here for almost a year, I feel I made a great choice in choosing Avalon. The apartments are spacious, the building is clean, and the amenities are fantastic, especially the gym and the laundry service - I've never had a problem with either. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the kind and welcoming staff. All of the doormen are incredibly nice and friendly, and I appreciate that they're willing to talk even when you just want to chat and are not asking for anything in particular. Although I can't say enough good words about any of the staff, I have to give a special shout out to Joel, who goes out of his way to be friendly and welcoming, even if you catch him at the tail end of a double shift. I'm glad I found such a good building, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else.

Angel and Earl of the front desk , and Cranston of the maintenance team are THE BEST. Had a lot of trouble moving the last few items out of my old unit and they all made sure I was taken care of. Procuring dollys, helping me reserve the service elevator last minute, ensuring my furniture was moved smoothly and without damage. Huge shout out and thank you to Mark! I appreciate Mark for always going out of his way to make me feel at home at Avalon. He is constantly smiling and positive, very helpful and will always say hi and ask how I am doing. I recently broke my toe and am in a boot for 6-10 weeks; Mark offered to assist me with carrying my package upstairs. This is not a small favor and this is not the first time he has offered to help me when I was unable to do something for myself. I have been at Avalon Clinton for about 4 years and considered moving but decided to stay because I really liked the concierge (and maintenance- best service anywhere and I've lived in many places) staff. It makes a huge difference to have a familiar face at a place you call home. Unfortunately, the concierge staff changes too frequently here which has made this place feel less like home and more like a rental space. Concierge is the face of any building and I think Avalon needs to consider or perhaps appreciate the effects of high turnover. Nonetheless and that being said, Mark is the only staff member that has been here since I came and his (and Joel- huge shout out to him as well- not here as long but a great guy and very helpful) presence makes a huge difference.

I’ve loved my experience living here - I previously lived in San Francisco where I experienced a lot of issues with noise from other residents, which I’ve never had issues with here. The facilities are top notch and, moreover, the staff is absolutely wonderful - Sarah, in the leasing office was so great she made me want to live here (no regrets!), Angel, at the front desk, is one of the coolest, most helpful humans I’ve ever met, and Earl, also at the front desk, is one of the kindest, most gentle souls you can ever encounter. Seriously, favorite place I’ve ever lived!

Great building and staff. All the amenities you need and situated in an ideal location. The premises (indoor and outdoor) are always well maintained. Kudos to Marino and the management team for always staying on top of things. The concierge team, (esp Jason, Josh and JP) is also fantastic and attentive to all your needs. And the porters (esp Julio, Guillermo) are always quick to respond to any service requests, and always do it with a smile. A recent example was I needed my blinds replaced, and Pedro was assigned to request. He was on top of it from day 1 and would give me updates on progress as blinds had to be special ordered. He just installed them yesterday, and it was quick and prompt and left my apartment in very clean order. Service is everything, and they don't lack at Avalon Clinton. This initial review was written about 2 years ago, and just wanted to add that the Avalon Clinton team always go above and beyond. I just had an emergency issue with window blinds late on a Friday afternoon with only one porter on staff. Pedro was quick to the call and resolved it within an hour of notifying the staff of the request. He always delivers with a smile and one of the friendliest here. I also want to call attention to our front desk team. I've lived in other buildings before that have a nice staff, but this team are the most friendly and attentive crew I've had the pleasure of knowing. They always greet you by name and not just me, but every single resident. Thank you to Joel, Darlene and the rest of the amazing team. Can't imagine living anywhere else! Jan 2021 Update: I just want to add that I continue to be impressed by the management and staff. Anjanette, the Community Manager, and her team are on top of everything and always available to help. The concierge team are phenomenal ... Aundre, Angel, Patrick and the rest all go the extra mile to assist, and always with a smile. The maintenance team, in particular Joel, is also very diligent and accommodating and respectful of your home and COVID guidelines. This is a community definitely worth considering if you're looking to move!!

Out of all the people that have come and went in my time here, Joel and Destiny are some of the best that you guys have chosen. Joel helps me day to day and is always on point with my packages. This boy would move my refrigerator if i asked him to. He is always energetic and friendly. He also remembers EVERYONE's name including their pets ! (Very Impressive). He goes above and beyond everyday and i haven't seen anything less of extraordinary coming from him. Destiny is also the same way and always helpful whenever i see her, always has my package ready for me and wastes no time ! She has a smile that lights up the room and this is the face of Avalon anytime anyone walks into the lobby. She always makes time to strike conversation with everyone and ask about your day and sometimes that is all people need. She also goes out of her way to perform simple tasks to make my day easier. Love living here and will continue to do so and five stars to Avalon and their staff. You guys did good with these two.

He was very helpful from the beginning (explaining to us the optimal scenario for us in terms of minimizing transfer friction costs, from overlap, etc.) and was always very clear and smart in explaining apartment availabilities, the building's amenities, the moving-in services (elevator reservation, parking of truck, etc.), very smart. Although I've only been living at the Avalon Clinton a short while, I can already tell that it's a stand out building. The amenities are great, the rooms are spacious and really quite beautiful - but importantly, I find the staff to be superb. From my very first visit, I found Danielle Castillo, Sr. Community Consultant, to be welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the building and amenities; specifically, she stayed well past office hours to answer and settle all concerns to fully ensure a seamless move-in. Notably, in the weeks before move in, she checked in frequently long after the lease was finalized and resolved countless questions and concerns promptly, politely, and incisively. She continues to be a point person and resource for ... basically everything. Very happy to be living here and to have a resource who knows so much about the building. It's a nice community. Highly recommended. 2017-2018 As an update, I really would like to emphasize the positive experiences I continue to have living at the Avalon Clinton North - part of that experience is the exceptional staff. Specifically, Joel is one of the individuals working at the front desk. He - as well as others - really make the experience positive. He brings a customer service orientation to everything he does, is thoughtful and precise when helping me out, and is extremely welcoming both to me and my guests. Thank you Joel! As a second update - I have to say the people that work here are fantastic. The heating wasn't working in my apartment and instead of the usual "sorry, it'll get warmer when it gets warmer" from past buildings - Toby from maintenance actually went out on a Saturday evening to get space heaters for people. I have just recently signed another year with Avalon Clinton and am really looking forward to it. My past year living at the community has been fantastic. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I absolutely love my home. The staff at Avalon Clinton is fantastic, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. The front desk, leasing office, and maintenance staff are all very friendly and I enjoy chatting with them regularly. The building always has felt safe and secure, and there has not been one security issue in the past year. The building amenities are on par with other communities in Manhattan of this age and price-point. The roof top views (at both buildings) are stunning. Overall, I would highly recommend Avalon Clinton to friends and family. In fact, I think Avalon as a company is fantastic to deal with. There is tremendous value in renting directly from a property management company such as AvalonBay! Trust me, I have rented from private landlords and large management companies :)

I have been living in the South Tower for a year and a half now, and I can honestly say that this building feels like home! I like how the building is relatively quiet, but close and nearby to everything. It's always clean and has been well maintained throughout. The amenities, especially, the rooftop and the views from my apartment, are amazing. However, what really sets this building apart from other similar full-service buildings in Manhattan is the exceptionally high level of service and quality of the staff here. The management team (Melissa and Marino) do a top notch job of maintaining a community feeling and really care about the resident experience. The leasing office (Danielle, Michael, and Donnie) are all accessible and helpful whenever I have questions or issues. The maintenance team led by Frank resolves any request within 24 hours, no matter how big or small. Lastly, the concierge team (Jason, Josh, Nick, Stan, and JP) are extremely friendly and love working in the building. It truly shows. We have renewed our lease for the 6th year. This year we were expecting to move to a two-bedroom unit. However, the leasing official was not helpful, and we felt lesser interested. And Avalon encourages newer benefits for the new tenant than the internal transfer. Hence we decided to stay another year without raising the rent. This whole process frustrated us. However, I must shout out to the fantastic concierge and the supporting team members - - Earl Moodie Jr: He is a wonderful human being. Very generous and supportive. An ideal concierge person to have in any building. - Chevelle Johnson: She is undoubtedly our favorite. Very friendly to the kid and always helpful and comforting. - Timothy Eimiller: He is an amazingly very professional concierge member. He always makes sure we follow the rules. Less expressive than other concierge members, but we appreciate his work. - Cranston Morris: He is a fantastic support technician. Appreciate your excellent work.

Avalon Clinton was my "home away from home" for the past two years. I'm now back to my home country for good, and I've always been thinking of the wonderful experience I had back there. Those great facilities are something I've missed: the entire building that's always kept clean, the fitness room with variety of equipments, the resident's lounge, the movie theatre, and the beautiful rooftop that foresees the view of both Manhattan and New Jersey. But most importantly, I truly miss the amazing team they have at Avalon Clinton. These people went above and beyond ensuring that my day in this hectic city can begin smoothly, and once I got back "home" from the day, I could shut myself out from reality and really felt like being home. The concierge team. Jason, who not only managed to brighten up my day every morning when I saw him, but also, making sure that everything I've asked him would be done with no further issue. He has a lot of patience and always willing to help me with anything that I needed. On my very last day at the building, I encountered a little issue with the moving out process, and if it wasn't Jason, then there was no way I could figure out the solution. Honestly, he's one of the most hardworking people I've ever known, and I couldn't be happier to have met him here. The management team. Danielle and Marino, who put tremendous effort making sure that from the moment I moved in until the last day that I stayed would be a great experience with zero problem. Especially that my real home is 22 hours plane ride away, so they both have always been nothing but wonderful to me in terms of providing resources or even finding any solution to my problem. These are just several examples of how the people who work at Avalon Clinton can make a huge positive impact with the overall living experience. I'd highly recommend Avalon Clinton, where, for once, an apartment in a big city like NYC can finally feels like home.

I’ve lived at Avalon Clinton for 2 years now. The building area relatively quiet and away from the tourists. Regarding the building itself, the staff had been amazing to me. Josh and JP have helped me out with mutiple problems/requests throughout my time so far - they are also some of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met so it’s just nice to talk to them. The amenities of the building are also useful (ie gym, dry cleaning, front desk package acceptance, maintenance, and cleaning services) We also have our own dog park. I can't say enough about the experience visiting the Avalon Clinton. What made it so special beyond the overall friendly staff and amazing amenities was one person in particular... Sr. Community Consultant Danielle Castillo. Danielle is incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, patient, and accommodating. My husband and I, along with our 3 month old son (who was sleeping), met Danielle over a week ago. We were going to look at a 2 bedroom apartment and at the time, the door to the apartment wouldn't open. Danielle immediately called for support from downstairs and when that didn't work, she suggested showing us other options until the door could be fixed. We eventually left and went home, which is nearby, and got a call from Avalon Clinton saying they were able to open the door and would love for us to see it. We went right back to take a look and realized Danielle stayed after the end of her shift to accommodate us. Amazing! In the end, we decided on another Avalon building as that particular apartment didn't work for us, but we were so close to applying there... Side note: Avalon applications are the FASTEST EVER! Literally minutes! Having a real estate license, I know for a fact you cannot beat this application process. All around, highly highly recommended!

While being friendly and respectful, Toby was efficient in completing the few tasks I had at hand. Excellent employee and caring enough to ask if everything was going well and if my maintenance request remained resolved when he saw me recently which was nice when we have very minimal interaction. It's very to see all levels of employees are committed to the personal relationships they all have with the residents of the building.

Pretty much feel all around awesome about living in this place. Lived here for almost a year and they have taken care of everything for me. Any maintenance issues gets taken care of within 24 hours. Building management is fantastic at all levels, from leasing (Danielle was extremely helpful) to concierge and facilities. The apartments are very homey and well-kept, the fitness centers are spacious and clean, and the rooftop decks (overlooking both the skyline and Hudson River) are perfect for either relaxing solo or kicking back with friends. If you have a chance to live here, jump on it.

This is a note I sent to the front desk staff leader shortly after the blackout of July 13th in NYC We I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the dedication and hard work of the Avalon staff in the recent blackout that affected the neighborhood, particularly Joel . Joel told us he climbed all the way to the top of the South Tower during the blackout to access the elevator control room during the emergency so someone stuck in the elevator could be released, and did the same thing at the North Tower. Twenty-seven floors of climbing, and he did it twice. We came home shortly after power was restored and he relayed this all to us like it was just another day at work, with a big smile on his face and with his usual friendliness and professionalism, the same qualities we see in the rest of the staff there on a regular basis. And he was glad we were home safe. We appreciate very much what you guys do for all of us who live there, and it's such as relief to see that level of proficiency and cool-headedness when it was needed in a challenging time. Thank you for making us feel safe in our new home.

Love this apartment!!! First off we were moving from San Francisco to here and had to do a lot over the phone and web trying to find a place. We worked with Steffon and he was super helpful. Talked on the phone about how the pricing and everything worked (confirming what we saw online) and the website was so easy to use and understand. Everything was explained clearly and all apartments had great floor plans and layouts. We decided this was the place and booked a studio online. Was super quick. After applying a few days later we were signing the lease for move in 2 months. So easy. They emailed us for extra stuff they needed (renter's insurance, proof of electric) and the day we arrived in NYC we showed up to the apartment super early (the one time the flight is super early is when you don't need to be somewhere early). The concierge desk watched our bags while we waited for the leasing office and we went and got breakfast. Got back and they took us up to our new apartment. We were so scared booking something like this online on what we would get. We got to the apartment and it was perfect. Gorgeous apartment with amazing view of the Hudson. The entire building is just gorgeous. The roof (we are in the south building) is amazing! The view is impressive and when friends come over they are wowed. The appliances are all perfect, not crazy new but modern and clean. And all work perfect. The A/C works great and even in this last crazy hot month our electric bill was only $112. So not bad with days over 100. The bathroom is super nice and giant medicine cabinet which is nice. The paint and the floor is easy to clean. The kitchen has nice tile. Overall it is an amazing place. Utilities other than electric are included and we pay the option $95 for the gym (includes me and my roommate) which isn't bad for a gym that is just downstairs and offers all of the machines you expect. The place is quiet (we are on 16th floor) and we don't hear our neighbors or anything and windows are thick. We have a small poodle/terrier mix and she loves it too :D the place is super pet friendly and the concierge desk has the poop bags if you need some and treats for the dog. There is a one time fee for pets (like $500 I think). Which wasn't bad since my old apartment charged monthly. We are near a little park that has a dog run which is awesome. The location is amazing. Like 15 minute walk to Time Square or central park area and a CVS 5 minutes away. We love this place. As long as the rent never skyrockets on renewals we expect to stay here for as long as possible :)

Lived here for a few years, would recommend the place. Pros: The concierges are great. Josh and Jason have been great from day one. JP shortly thereafter. My son loves all of them. More recently Joel and Chris are super helpful too. Never had a bad one though i unfortunately don't know the late night men's names. Always friendly, know your name and are super helpful. Maintenance is also great. Everything is fixed immediately, Pedro always plays with my kid and Tobias is great from his concierge days. Joe in Palace Valet is the best though i'm not sure if they're completely associated w/ the building. Cons: The place is basically a hotel for Airbnb. It's frustrating when the entire roofdeck is composed of tourists here for the weekend or you can't use a luggage cart because the tourists think they're in a hotel and leave it on their floor rather than returning it or when the police knock on your door asking if you actually live in your apartment. If you can get over that, it's a nice place to live. Also, Stanley was the man and now isn't there anymore.

First of all, I am not a resident, I just come to see the house! To be honest, I originally came here for apt shopping, but after reading it, I really think this building is not bad. First of all, the doorman is very enthusiastic: Joe from the South Tower and Adrian from the North Tower are very enthusiastic, because I am a self-guided tour, they helped me a lot. I also looked at a few rooms, including 1B and Studio. What I want to focus on here is that there are many cloakrooms in their house, and many toilets have full-length mirrors. The rooftop view is also really amazing.
