The Beacon is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Gaby made our move easy and painless. There is a dog park and private resident space that is nice for outdoor dining. The loading dock is a big help when we have a load of items to bring in. The views are amazing at night. And the maintenance guy, pretty sure his name is Henry, is the coolest ever and also is friendly. Rouses is right across the street if you need groceries. Lots of walking distance restaurants and things to do.

I have loved living at the Beacon. The management team takes such good care of the property. They are always quick to address any maintenance issues and do so efficiently and with great care. Being in a building downtown has been great. The South Market neighborhood has so much to offer. There are many great restaurants and festivals that are walking distance. You are a couple of blocks away from the St. Charles Street car and major parade routes. CVS and Rouses make daily essentials easy to get. And if you receive deliveries, there is now an easy to use facetime option for the front door. You can see who is calling you to be buzzed in and you can allow entry via your phone. There is also an amazing package locker system for your deliveries. The bike room is so convenient for securing your bike in a location other than your apartment. There are so many great things about the Beacon, mostly the interactions with the staff have made it so welcoming.

Really enjoy living here! I feel safe. The management/staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any issues I have. I enjoy the socials the apartment puts together to create a community environment. The apartment complex is clean and maintained. The gym is beautiful and well equip. Although no pool in this complex, we have access to our neighboring apartment's pool. Rooms feel spacious and also quiet (I never hear sound from other apartments). It is walking distance to many places to eat and a grocery store. My only draw back is parking (there is no parking lot that belongs to the apartment and is an extra charge to use a public one... although it is safe in my opinion). Otherwise, I love living here.

The beacon was probably one of the best apartments we’ve ever had, the staff was absolutely amazing, always helpful always there for us, the location was perfect, close to everything walking distance from restaurants and also very convenient in front of rouses. The building/amenities were ideal for us. We miss the beacon dearly but in particular we miss the staff, if you are considering moving to New Orleans the beacon is without a doubt the best complex you can find!

I lived at this property for a little over a year. I really enjoyed my stay at the Beacon, this was pretty much the nicest property in the business district. The staff was second to none, especially Diana. She would always go out of her way to help me.

Great building. The staff is amazing, fun, witty, professional, and always ready to help. The apartments are super spacious and, more or less, modern. The appliances definitely could use a bit of an upgrade. Also the "smart system" isn't so smart, but it functions as it's supposed to. I have an incredible and absolutely gorgeous view of the city. The neighbors are respectful of each other and cute pets everywhere! There are also tons of luxury amenities and services offered. I really love living here. Again, I just want to compliment the staff once more. They really make this place so relaxed and enjoyable.

From day one, such a wonderful experience. Gabby made sure she was waiting outside for me, as I did not know the area well and was parked in the garage across the street. She escorted me to my apartment and walked it with me to make sure I was happy and content. The Concierge team is so accommodating and friendly, it amazes me how they seem to know every resident by both name and their unit, even their pets’ names! The maintenance team are so helpful and nice, work orders are always done within 48 hours, you would never know they have been to my unit with how neat and tidy they are. I am loving the new package locker system and the access control system that I can use my phone with, super user friendly and convenient. They also recently installed thermostats that I can use an app to control temperature. Really loving the technological improvements that enhance the daily living experience. The neighborhood is fantastic with being short walking distance from a grocery, pharmacy, eateries, watering holes, nail and hair salons. I hardly ever get in my car! Overall truly loving the resident experience and lifestyle that Domain has made possible!

Lived here for 2 years during my time in New Orleans and this property wasn’t just an apartment but much rather a place I called home that I loved coming home to everyday and still stop by every time I’m back in the city. From the friendly staff (Diana, Gaby, Melissa, Erica) greeting and conversing with you every time you walked in the doors to going above and beyond putting on amazing resident events in the lobby and terrace was some of the little things why the Beacon felt like a family. The management team and maintenance team were quick to address any issues and were very considerate of your time. Even though I don’t live in New Orleans anymore, I still keep in touch once in a while through various channels with those and many more and it’s because of the memories that I made during my time at the Beacon. In terms of the building itself and the residents, between the amazing gym, amazing apartments and ability to enjoy peace being located in the South Market District was huge and often stayed within the bubble due to having everything from an amazing grocery store across the street to all the restaurants and stores just a hop and skip away. Some of my favorite times were during Saint’s games as everyone is walking by the property bringing an exciting feel to a Sunday and the Beacon would put on gameday parties right in the opening atrium for residents which was something I had never experience before. The residents loved these events and found that pretty much everyone in this building was very connected to one another and loved that feeling. Another thing that stood out to me about this property compared to any other place I have lived is the package room and how diligent this staff was to enter packages in the system which would let us residents know when we got a package and even a TV Screen highlighting that fact. It was always so maintained especially as someone whose job received a lot of lot packages to the property. Diana and Gaby would always ensure they were put in the one condensed area and easy to get to which I always appreciated. I was worried about the safety when I first moved to New Orleans, but once again this staff and the security went above and beyond all day to ensure that we were and felt safe. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this property and would choose this place 10/10 times if I had to do it all over again and a place that I recommend to friends moving to New Orleans to swing by and check it out because I know how special this place was to me. As I said before, I was just back in December for a wedding and actually walked from my hotel down in the Quarter to the Beacon just to say hi to everyone and reminisce in the good times.

I absolutely love living here. Everyone who works here and my neighbors are so friendly. The apartment is beautiful and feels brand new. Our new puppy has so many friends and we have built such a community here. We even use the gym so much! They have everything you could need even for lifting. The location is perfect for walking around, getting good food, going to basketball games, and catching the freeway to the other side of town. I wouldn’t live anywhere else!

Lived here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love this place! The staff here is really nice and helpful. The apartment's location is awesome! This is first home I live with my husband since we got married, and of course a sweet home! And we have been a great pleasure having our first baby here. The beacon is such a beautiful place that full of memories for me! If I got a chance to move back in New Orleans, the Beacon will be our first choice!

Since the being, my experience here at the beacon has been amazing. When I moved down to new Orleans almost a year ago, I searched long and hard in finding the perfect place to live. I ended up going with the beacon for the following reasons. 1)the gym is amazing, and the convenience of having it is so nice. 2) price per sqft was a lot better than other apartment complexs, expressly considering the building's pretty new 3) I wanted to be in the action, being walking distance to the dome, French quarter, and warehouse district is an amazing experience 4) and last but not least the staff is amazing. Gabby went above and beyond to help me get settled in. From addressing my concerns to providing the a warm welcome when I moved in she was the best out of the many apartments that I saw.

I was a resident at the Beacon for a year and my only regret is having to move away for work. The apartments are immaculate, the common areas are always clean and organized. The staff there is top notch, especially Diana who was always willing and able to help with anything. I have never had to wait long for even minor maintenance. If I ever move back to New Orleans, this is the only place I’d look at.

Besides being the best and most convenient location downtown, The Beacon and its staff make it even more enjoyable to call this place home. The porter & housekeeper always make sure the property is clean for the residents to come home to. Susan and Gaby never fail to greet whoever walks through the lobby and Henry is always on top of maintenance requests. I couldn't ask for a better community to live in.

The Beacon is one of those best-known secrets & hidden jewels that cities seldom come by…my partner & I absolutely LOVE living here! Gaby is the kindest & one of the most attentive people we have met. The terrace has a spectacular view of the city & the location in the CBD couldn’t be better. Very walkable to many restaurants, a great grocery store next door (Rouses) & some of the most friendly neighbors we have had. Dog-friendly & at the heart of the city, away from the hectic touristy spots, but close enough to take a quick streetcar ride there. Plus the energy on game days & close proximity to concert venues can’t be beat!!!

I have been a tenant at the Beacon since May 2016 and it is possibly the best luxury apartment home I have ever resided in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is so welcoming and they make it a joy to walk through those doors daily. I would recommend this place to anyone who thrives on customer service, cleanliness, location and southern hospitality. Can't go wrong with the Beacon!

Did my homework on where I wanted to live in New Orleans for almost 2 months and always found myself coming back here. Price is on par with just about everyone else but the amenities set it apart. Limited secure access. The building looks great and kept clean. I was able to cancel my gym membership since the gym onsite is better than any other I came across. My car is safe in the parking garage across the street. Grocery store, restaurants, bars, WW2 museum, and the Super Dome are all in walking distance!! They don’t have a pool but we do have access to the pool across the street which is a nice perk. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I've lived in the CBD for over four years now, and the Beacon is one of the nicest properties in the area. As an added bonus, the staff is wonderful, which makes a huge impact on your quality of life. When we were looking at the apartments, the leasing agent, Terri, was so helpful and accommodating. We could tell that she loves her job and the Beacon. Since deciding to move to the Beacon, she has continued to assist us. Very excited to live here!

The Beacon is a wonderful building. I have been living in downtown New Orleans for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. It has surpassed my expectations. The location could not be more convenient, amenities are top notch (no need for a gym membership), and the staff is second to none. The leasing and application experience was actually enjoyable and pleasant as opposed to the varying degrees of pushy leasing offices at properties owned/managed by other groups in the area. I'd like to also give special thanks to Terri, Django, and Seth. It has been a pleasure. If you are considering living downtown, I highly recommend you check out this property.

This is one of the nicest/newest apartment complexes in the city! The area is growing with restaurants and people, and is within walking distance to the stadiums, Bourbon St., Magazine St., and other city highlights. The staff is extremely upbeat, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. The apartments are beautiful with their modern design, and the views from some of the rooms can be some of the best in the city. The terrace is wonderful with free access to two very large, modern gas grills for parties (which can be private upon request). The staff try to hold two resident events per month which can be very surprising as the last one was an awesome tailgate party in the square with free food and beer (my favorite event, so far. Hope they do that again soon). Across the street are Blaze Pizza, The Company Burger, Willa Jean's, and Rouses Market with a CVS just down the street. Security personnel do rove the block which is comforting when out for a late-night smoke. If you're looking for a great apartment in the city, The Beacon should not be skipped!
