Absolutely͏ Amazing Experience Beginning to End Leslie͏ and her team have a customer for life with me! I’ve worked with other real estate agents in the past, and Leslie is hands down the best agent on the planet. A lot of agents will tell you they’re on your side, but with Leslie, you actually feel it. From our first showing to after I moved into my new home, Leslie was in my corner. She’s helpful, honest, actually willing to give her opinion and advice, and her and the whole team did everything they could for me. Seriously, I found my dream house, right by family, in my price range, and in an incredibly tough seller’s market on a Saturday evening an hour from her office. I knew I had to have this house. BE saved my BEhind! Heather really, truly went the extra mile in getting my Mom's house in Algiers Point sold. Long story short: I live in Portland, Oregon and my elderly Mom's house needed to be sold and needed work done. Heather and Lesilie helped find the contractors and even managed everything that was needed. We got two offers and Heather handled both perfectly all while dealing with the personal artifacts left in the house. I never had to fly down to 'Nawlins once. There isn’t enough great things I can say about working with Leslie. She helped us every step of the way and answered every question (and I had many) that came up. When we initially decided to start eyeballing the house market, she set up a link with the criteria we were looking for in a home, and it would notify us of houses within the parameters. Whether they were new to the market or had a reduction in price. In addition, we also needed to sell our condo, prior to buying our home. Leslie helped me develop a list of “should” and “should not” items in order to enhance the appeal for our sale. From AC repair, plumber, to a general handyman. Through Leslie’s dedication and VERY high attention to detail, we were able to list and find interested buyers far quicker than I ever expected. It's almost a shame we found the last home we'll ever live in, because it would be a pleasure to work with Ms. Heindel again.
