I used The Anderson Group to find my first house and couldn’t have had a better experience! Ryan Barrentine was my agent and was so helpful through every part of the buying process. I knew almost nothing about buying a home but knew I was ready to stop renting. I was so happy that he had the patience to help me understand all of the paperwork and necessary steps leading up to closing. I was a step away from closing on a different house but found major foundation issues after Ryan recommended getting a second opinion from a structural engineer. After over 5 months of searching in an absolutely insane market me and my wife just closed on our first home with Jake Gomes. It was a ton of work and I think we may have looked at 100 houses, but each weekend like clock work Jake would have a list of homes for us to view. Even in off hours, he was within an arm's reach with any questions I had or properties I found while scrolling aimlessly on my phone at 8:30 at night, often to have a showing set up for the next day. I gave them him our budget and on every offer we made he worked with us to make sure it was appealing to the sellers and fiscally responsible for us. In today's market, especially in Nashville, it's not uncommon that despite having a great offer you just get outbid by someone with a much larger cash offer, its the nature of the game. However, after a lot of proposals we found a great house, and we actually got it below asking. The entire closing process was seamless and transparent, especially since we worked with a local bank that Jake had done a lot of work with in the past. There was a ton of communication between myself, our realtor Jake, and the mortgage lender which made purchasing my first home a breeze honestly. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend.

Josh worked his magic, we went under contract within a few hours of viewing the house, and we closed within three weeks! Then we had a consultation with a loan broker in house, but were of course told that we could choose to go with a different loan broker. After we were pre-approved, we met with our Agent, Autumn. This whole process was so smooth and easy. I hear horror stories about closing being moved or unexpected charges. I'm so grateful to have had the Anderson Group. Other than our particular agent, there were several people who helped and I never felt like I was unable to contact someone or get the answers I needed. We had several people as part of our closing team that really were able to be there for us. We had put off buying a house for so long just because it seemed like we weren't prepared for it, but everything was so simple and realistic. They worked out our budgets and worked with us on what we would and would not be able to afford. Nick Petrocci is who you need to see, especially if in the Hendersonville area. I don't write reviews but I will make this exception because he was great to work with. He inconvenienced himself multiple times to help our family relocate to Tennessee. Last minute request from my wife to see the home again caused him to have to rearrange his own family plans. I appreciate when someone is willing to take care of the customer even when it is not the most convenient for their own family.
