I'm massively delayed in writing this but I cannot say enough how amazing Meg and the Moving Music City team are. My wife and I were located remotely and were looking to purchase a home in the area and Meg and the whole team went above and beyond to accommodate us. From going to open houses on our behalf, doing virtual walk throughs with us, arranging home inspections, the paperwork process, advice on our offers and strategy, you name it. My girlfriend and I were looking for our first home and had told the Moving Music City team in our initial consultation that we were going to wait a few months before we did anything serious. A week later our dream home popped up on the market. We emailed the team about it and they correctly advised us that the home would go really quickly so we should get in to a walk through asap. Because of their team approach, Sara was available to take us on a walk-through the very next morning (the home had not even been on the market 24 hours). Sara and Vicki (the fantastic buyers' agent) advised us on a very aggressive offer and after a bit of a bidding war the offer was accepted before the first scheduled open house! Sara and her team at Moving Music City made selling our house a breeze! Sara is the definition of professionalism -- responsive, prompt, detail-oriented, meticulous, reliable. Every email, phone call, or text was responded to quickly. She was thorough and thoughtful in preparing to show our house, and had everyone from landscapers, painters, window/gutter cleaners, stagers, photographers, etc. scheduled within a week. She kept me updated on the progress of the listing and response, and was an amazing communicator as we dealt with offers and negotiations. We ended up going under contract at a great price within 4 days of listing! Her team was extremely organized and minimized my work -- they sent me all the paperwork I needed to sign (as well as gentle reminders when I'd forget), as well as succinct to-do lists in preparing for our move. When disaster struck less than a month before closing -- an AC leak while we were out of the country resulting in a giant hole in our ceiling -- Sara sprung into action! She took care of *EVERYTHING* (water mitigation, HVAC repair, insurance) while we were literally an ocean away. We were actually able to enjoy our trip because we had such confidence in her ability to manage the situation. It was all repaired and we closed on time without additional drama -- she was truly amazing. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, I am also happy to now call her a friend. I cannot recommend Sara and Moving Music City enough -- you'll love them!
