If you’re looking for an apt complex in East Nashville, THIS IS IT Y’ALL! I’ve lived here 1.5 years and I’ve never had any problems. I feel safe, it’s very quiet, my neighbors are good people, maintenance responds within 24 hours but is rarely needed, the pool is awesome, the walls are thick so I never hear my next door neighbors music etc, and the apts are well insulated so electric bills are on the low end! The office staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. Oh and the location is perfect. I have no complaints! ☺️

I was looking for an apartment and decided to come in for a tour. I didn’t have an appointment, but Elvie accommodated me. His knowledge for the property and attention to detail was amazing. Relocating was stressful and he pointed out points of interest in the area that would be helpful to me. If you’re in the market for an apartment, go by and ask for Elvie. You won’t be disappointed!

Location, Excellent People, Great Prices. I am not sure just exactly how I can explain how great this place is! The office staff really does go out of their way to be helpful. From giving us the low down on the area to making sure we get everything we needed when we arrived, the staff really deserves more than a 5 star review! The apartments are clean, and everything works. If ever anything came up, the maintenance crews are fast to arrive. Cool dog parks, pool and a nice cabana with grills have been awesome. The area is awesome: Walking distance to great food & drink spots and quick access to the highways. It's been many years since I stayed in an apartment and the experience has been exponentially better than I could have expected! My wife and I will be sad to leave. We'd recommend Eastwood Green without any reservation!

I absolutely love it here! Lauren was fantastic with helping me get my lease signed and answering all questions! She made it a smooth and easy process! I love my apartment! It’s perfect for me and I never have any issues with my neighbors. I feel safe living here in the complex and East Nashville area! There’s always families out taking walks which is nice! The gym and pool are both really nice! Any time I need something, management/maintenance is there to help asap! This is definitely one of my favorite places I’ve lived at so far! I would recommend this place to my friends and family! I actually had a friend move into the complex and they have enjoyed it so far as well! I highly recommended checking these apartments out if you’re wanting something close to downtown for a good price and with a friendly management team that cares about the complex!

My wife and I lived here for almost three years. It’s gone through a lot of changes in our time here, but we’ve always had a great experience and have been treated really well. Lauren and the staff have always been quick and friendly in their response to our questions, and our maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the grounds are very green with huge trees, which is something you don’t get too often in a city. Our only complaint would be that we didn’t always receive community updates, but they’ve fixed that issue and now send out updates pretty often. Thanks for a great three years!

Rented an apartment here because the leasing office staff is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments are also renovated and are super cute! Love the pool and how clean the grounds are kept. Never have an issue with maintenance. They are always very professional and get my requests done quickly. East Nashville needs more apartments like these!

Eastwood Greene is a great community! The pool and other amenities are so great! I love how each building requires key card access! This is so helpful when it’s raining or cold and you don’t want or have to mess with getting keys out to open your door! Also is safer than opening your door to the outside! And all packages are able to be left inside the locked breezeway and are safe from porch pirates! (Love this for the holidays!). Lauren and the office staff are always super sweet and helpful anytime we have any questions or need anything!

Moving out of state is never an easy task! The office staff at Eastwood Greene were extremely helpful in making such a big move go so smoothly. They were very responsive with the many questions I had and were there to help even outside of normal office hours. The apartments are spacious and nicely updated with some of the nicer amenities in the East Nashville Area. To anyone moving to the area from out of state or just moving in general I highly recommend you check out Eastwood Greene as your next place to call Home!

My partner and I have been living here for over three years and have had a really positive experience. We like the green space and how walkable the complex is to Southern Grist, Jenis and Rosepepper. The price is great for the location - and the location was really important to us. Our maintenance requests have been completed, though sometimes delayed. There was a series of car break-ins last year and our door fob systems do not always lock, but the staff have been responsive to concerns and have added security cameras and distributed contact info so that everyone can easily reach the security guard. We'd definitely choose Eastwood Greene again.

Super helpful in helping us sign a lease with short notice! We were able to view two different units, and had swift follow-up whenever we had questions. The apartments are clean and well kept. We signed shortly after viewing, and can't wait to move in.

We love living at Eastwood. It was between this complex and another one in the East area, and we decided to plant our roots here. Glad we did! Maintenance team is responsive, office staff is phenomenal, and we love the amenities! Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for hassle free living near downtown. Also, the community is pet friendly and they don’t charge an arm and leg for pets.

Hands down one of the best places I‘be looked at since moving to TN! It’s beautiful and the amenities are great! The thing that really sold me the most, though, was the wonderful office staff. Lindsay was so fun and friendly, and made me feel like she loved her job, and that anyone in the office will do anything to make living there a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to move in! I absolutely LOVE living at Eastwood Greene! I like it so much that after I lived here for two years and then moved away, I moved back after a year cause no other complex compares :) The ladies in the office are always so helpful and accommodating and the residents are all super friendly! Not to mention the close proximity to so many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and other activities. If you’re looking to live in East Nashville, look no further than Eastwood Greene!

I only have great things to say about my time working with Eastwood Green. The folks in the front office have always been extremely warm and helpful when I had the chance to speak with them. Any issues I had were always resolved promptly and it does not hurt that the apartments are really close to all of my favorite restaurants & bars in East Nashville. 10/10 would recommend.

I went here along with several other places looking for an apartment in Nashville. The rent cost was very reasonable for the location, but upon touring it becomes evident why. They have spent a lot of money renovating this location, but I feel like corners were cut. I also did not like the layout or fact that a 2 bedroom only has 1 tiny bathroom (with the W/D hookups in it). It has an old building smell, which is probably very difficult to solve, and makes you feel like it is not worth the price. I am giving 3 stars because the staff was very friendly and it is a nice place, just not quite worth the somewhat reasonable price.

I lived here for a year back when the apartments were called Howe Gardens and it was a VERY different complex, so I feel like my point of comparison might be different than some. For the most part, I feel that the renovations done are solid (crazy what fresh paint and new flooring can do for a place). There are some things that were overlooked, like the kitchen drawers and the mailboxes, but most things are a huge improvement. The faux hardwoods do make things louder if you are on a first floor, and you can hear a lot the steps whoever takes above you, but that's also just apartment living (and they look great). Each building has its own security fob, so no one who doesn't live in your building (not just the complex) can come in, which I'm a huge fan of. The complex is very pet friendly, almost every unit has a dog, and there's a small dog park that has come in really handy for me and my boxer. For me, other than location, the best thing about the place is the management. Karen in the leasing office is fantastic and the property manager (I think her name is Cindy) is also great. I've had a few maintenance requests and while some have taken longer than others I feel I'm being kept up to date and not ignored. Really wish they would have considered adding an additional bath to the 3 bed layouts (the bathrooms are quite small) but I also understand the undertaking that would have been. We were offered a three month move in special and a lot of our admin and pet fees were waived, but even at the normal rate our three bedroom comes out competitively priced for the neighborhood, And again the location is amazing (walking distance to everything on Eastland, directly between 5 points and Inglewood). Been here for two months and so far, quite happy.

I was invited to come check out being a roommate with someone who lived at Eastwood, and even after she left, I've remained! I'm lucky to call it my home. Every maintenance issue I've had in the past year have been resolved in less than 2 hours (even on the weekends!) Special shout out to Mike, the maintenance guy, who constantly goes above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment is in working order, even when it's not what I called about. He noticed something was wrong in our bathroom after a call about the AC, and fixed it without even being asked! I don't know about you, but that's the best apartment service I've ever had.

One of the more affordable places in East Nashville, still has a good renovation and the location is pretty good too. There have been some changes in office staff recently and the new people are really on top of things. Getting a new pool this summer and looking forward to seeing what the new manager has planned for the residents!

I have enjoyed living at Eastwood Greene for the past 8 months. After previously living at other complexes in Nashville, I have significantly less “issues” at Eastwood Greene than any other complex. In a rare cases I do experience any issue, the management and maintenance team are always professional, time-sensitive, and helpful in all of their responses.

Hard to beat the location. The buildings are kind of like a hotel, in that you can hear what a lot of what others in the building are doing (toilet flushing in other units, TVs, etc). When we first moved here we had issues with one side of our sink draining into our dishwasher. They sent out a woman to come clean up the leaking water, which we had already done ourselves, then the next day 2 maintenance guys came and all they did was tell us there was a problem, clean out the pipes, and leave. We mentioned it a few more times but nothing was ever done. That was with the old management though, and the new management does seem to be better although we've had a few problems with getting a call about our rent being late only to go to the office in person and have them "find" our check. Basically, the biggest perk is the location. The grounds of the apartment are also pretty well kept up with.
