I would highly recommend the Chord Team to sell your home. From start to finish they made it a seamless process. Ashley is very knowledgeable with the market trends and sold our home for over asking price and before it was fully on the market. The only regret in selling that quickly is that we didn’t get to see it fully staged with some of the upgrades and vision of their “staging guru” Van!! First of all, Ashley is a vey experienced realtor with great market insights and true client focused mindset. Besides, I might be a unique client, a Japanese family moving from Tokyo, Japan. Ashley, who lived in Japan and speaks Japanese, understood our challenges very well and was a helpful resource for us regarding not just buying a house but also everything necessary for the international relocation. It was truly a Concierge service! She gave my family a lot of comfort during the house hunting trip and the move had never been easy without her help – she even called my kids’ school to inquire necessary enrollment documents and made a utility contract on behalf of me not having a social security number. She is a realtor you can really trust as your agent. Van, a staging designer, is also excellent. He made my house beautiful and comfortable while I gave him only high level preferences and wishes. As he calls him Chief Experience Officer, it was an awesome experience working with him. I was very impressed with not just his energetic character but also his thoughtful and artistic approach to staging. He is really an artist to make an house gorgeous. My mom was a real estate agent for 30 years but retired a couple years ago, so when it was time to sell our house we hired Steven & Ashley. I knew them through the local Chamber of Commerce and was particularly impressed when they helped one of my friends buy a foreclosure and personally helped rebuild it, then helped another of my friends get a great deal on a new house. When I hired them they immediately began pre-marketing our home, then before the home was even listed we had a Saturday morning with 3 showings and sold the house that morning for $10,000 (5%) more than what we thought was the max we could get for our house. WOW! We received 2 offers that day and the one we took was outstanding.
