Zach is as thorough as he is friendly. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were up against and Zach skillfully and thoughtfully guided us through every step of the way. During the house touring process, Zach made himself available based off of our schedules and was always quick with a call back. When asking his opinion, he was very honest and gave his opinions when prompted. Zach sent our now-home’s listing to us and from the moment we began the tour, we knew it was the house for us. He guided us through the negotiation process and continues to provide helpful recommendations to this day. I would recommend Zach to anyone!
