I'm convinced Danny is the best real estate agent in Minneapolis and could not recommend him enough to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home! I recently purchased my first property and Danny made an otherwise scary process totally painless. I was referred after having several different realtors fall through and was immediately impressed by how timely, helpful, and patient Danny is. He made every impromptu showing I sent his way often with very little notice. He never made us feel pressured. He supported each offer with diligent analytics of the market, and was always honest about his own opinion on the value of the home which helped us feel confident in our offers. Lastly, out of all the realtors we worked with, he made it feel like he put our personal goals and outcomes over his own. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Danny again when looking for future properties!

I had the pleasure of working with Danny to land a condo that exceeded all my expectations. My search criteria included the areas of downtown Minneapolis in the Mill / Warehouse District or Northeast. I was referred to Danny and checked out the iMetro website that emphasized that was their niche market. After meeting Danny it was evident his knowledge of the area, buildings, and market which made it easy to select him as my realtor. He was easy to talk to and didn’t put any pressure on me while looking at units but also gave his opinion/expertise when asked. A couple things that were important to me in a realtor was someone that was reliable and responsive; which Danny was always fast to reply by phone/e-mail and showed up to all meetings on time. My situation was also unique as a unit that I was interested came on the market and I e-mailed Danny and he happened to be on vacation but still made himself available. He set up a showing with one of his colleagues who was also great and treated me as her own and the whole process was seamless. I e-mailed Danny to let him know that I was interested in the place and would think about it for a few days and that I would probably want to put in an offer when he returned. He called me that night and said that other offers had been put in so we’d have to act now, so we came up with our strategy and put in an offer within the hour and ended up with an accepted offer by the next morning. He was able to execute the whole deal out of state and the process was surprisingly fast and easy. He had a great relationship with my mortgage consultant which helped through the process. Overall, I was impressed with Danny’s ability and the process to find a place that was exactly what I was looking for and more. I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone looking in the downtown area with his expertise of the market. He looked out for my needs and what I wanted in a place. Since moving in a month ago, Danny has still been available to answer any questions with the usually timely reply. It was a great experience for my first home purchase.

I found Danny through online reviews like this one and I have to say that I am more than pleased that I chose him and his team to represent me and help me sell my house. I had accepted a new job across the country and really was looking to get my house sold as soon as possible, but also for the right price. This was my first experience selling a house and Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the industry, area, and current market. He answered all of the questions I had very quickly and provided great recommendations when needed. There weren't much for comps in the area around me, but he did a good job of picking a good price range that I was happy with and was also competitive. The property was not necessarily in the most desirable neighborhood either, but I had done a decent amount of work to the home to stage it and present it as best as possible before bringing Danny on board. Due to that, we were able to move along quite quickly with the process and in the end I received and accepted an offer on my condo very close to asking price, just two days after going on the market. Then about half way through the closing process I made the move across the country and Danny was able to take care of everything and get the property sold without a hitch. Thanks in large part to him I was able to turn a profit on a property I had for only a year and a half. I would definitely recommend him and his team if you are looking for someone to help you sell or buy a home.

Danny is experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. When we originally were interviewing realtors, something about Danny really stood out: he does not have his clients sign a contract with him until the end of the house search. He believes that if he isn't doing well enough to keep clients' business, they should be able to walk away. Danny certainly went above and beyond in helping us purchase our dream home! We found our house, but it was for sale by owner. Since the seller didn't have a realtor, she had a lot of questions about the process of selling and was hesitant to accept our offer. Danny ended up walking the seller through the process so that we could buy our house. If he hadn't spent so much time explaining the paperwork, I doubt we would have gotten it! I really appreciated how available Danny made himself for us. We always received prompt responses when we texted and emailed with Danny. He took the time to explain the details of purchasing the home and connected us with a plethora of resources and recommendations along the way. The finance guy he recommended (Charles at iLoan) was able to get us a 20-year mortgage for the same monthly payment we were quoted with a 30-year mortgage somewhere else. I am really happy we chose to work with Danny and highly recommend him to anyone else buying a home.

About halfway through a lease that Danny at iMetro helped me through, my now-wife and I decided that we would buy a place after the lease was up and a North Loop condo was where we wanted to be. So, after having such a positive experience the first time around, I decided to shoot a quick email to Danny letting him know where we were at and I had a response from him within the day. Even though I made it clear to Danny that the lease wasn't up for another 6 months and we didn't want to close until then (less we double up on a mortgage and rent), he didn't seem to mind at all and immediately offered to show us around just to get us more familiar with the buildings in the North Loop and the area in general. Try getting that kind of response and face-to-face service from a big realty agency after you tell them you're over half a year out from even considering buying. Wait, don't. It will only depress you... Showings with Danny were a great experience as well. You can tell he has a wealth of real estate knowledge, especially the North Loop condo market, and could probably talk to you for hours about it all, yet he has a way of letting you explore the area on your own while still always being a few steps back to field your questions as they come up. It's this unassuming style that makes him so pleasant to work with as you don't feel like you're getting pushed or talked into anything you're not comfortable with. My wife was self-admittedly overwhelmed about the whole buying process and she said Danny's style was all it took to put her at ease (she doesn't respond well to the "used-car salesman" personality). Needless to say, Danny came through and got us a condo we love, in the building we wanted, at a great price, AND a close date that worked with the end of our lease. We're now 4 months in and would not have changed a thing about the whole experience, which is a only a testament to the hard work, dedication, and seriousness that Danny puts into his business. We would definitely recommend iMetro to anyone going through the buying process.

Danny helped make the purchase of our first home an enjoyable and seamless process. We looked at dozens of houses and Danny was both patient and knowledgeable about the entire process. We never felt pressured and were impressed by the ease of doing business with him and his genuine style. We had the pleasure of working with Danny during our recent home search and purchase in Burnsville, MN. We had a unique circumstance in that we were searching for a home in MN while living abroad in Europe. Given our situation, we needed a knowledgeable, reliable agent who we could trust. After reading positive reviews of Danny on Yelp, we arranged a phone conference with him and explained our situation. Danny agreed to be our agent without hesitation. He was willing to visit homes of interest to us and give us feedback while we were still in Europe. Danny proved to be a superb realtor, exceeding our expectations throughout the search and buying process: 1. During the search process, Danny visited houses for us, took pictures and videos, and wrote detailed summaries about the houses. This was extremely helpful, as it was not possible for us to view the homes in person. 2. When we decided to make an offer on a house, Danny immediately arranged an offer proposal. His help in getting this offer in quickly was very much appreciated, as this was a house we really liked and ultimately purchased. 3. During the inspection and contract finalization process, Danny recommended an excellent home inspection company, and advised us to do an advanced inspection that included specific testing. The inspection cost more, but was worth it not only because of its thoroughness, but also because it revealed a safety problem that could potentially have serious consequences. Because we had the inspection and test results, the sellers paid to have the problem corrected, which saved us a lot of money. Throughout the search and buying process, Danny was always available and on top of things. We found him to be very trustworthy and dependable. We felt like we were the only clients he was working with, even though we knew that wasn't the case. We couldn’t have found a better realtor. Based on our experience, without hesitation, we highly recommend Danny.

This was our first time buying a home and we really weren't sure where to go. We knew roughly where we wanted to live and started the search. Danny contacted us asking if we would like any help. After a phone conversation- we felt pretty confident that Danny would help us find what we wanted. After discussing what kind of home we were looking for- Danny helped us on our journey. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or a seasoned veteran in the housing market, you'll be extremely satisfied with Danny and his team. My wife and I were dipping our toes into the housing market. We were renting a nice apartment in the North Loop neighborhood, and sent some inquiries out to realtors to get the home buying process rolling. Literally within minutes, Danny sent me a message asking if I was free to discuss the market and what our preferences were. We talked the following day, and I immediately knew that he was a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, capable, and thorough realtor. We placed two offers on houses and the deals subsequently fell through in the inspection/contingency process (we ultimately weren't happy with the condition of the homes and Danny gave us candid feedback on what he thought we should do. He won't shy away from being honest, even if it means having to do more work). Danny gave terrific feedback and advice on logical next steps and quickly set up appointments for us to look at different houses. In the end, we found a house that we love, and moved in over the weekend. As a buyer, you always want to be somewhat cautious when you deal with realtors, even when they're supposed to be on your side. You know that they have a bottom line, and you need to be wary of realtors who'll give you advice only to get a larger commission. I assure you that in no way is that Danny and his team. First of all, it's clear that he loves his job and the home buying process. Second, he wants you to find the best house for you, and he wants you to get the best deal possible on it. He realizes what many in this line of work, I feel, forget--that more business will only come if customers are happy with the result. And this isn't to say Danny is all business. Like I said, he is down-to-earth; he's someone you can have a beer or cup of coffee with, and that's needed when you're buying a house. You need someone you can trust and feel comfortable talking to. Danny and his co-pilot, Bobby, are top-notch and will help you find what you want at the right price point. I cannot imagine an easier and better home buying experience. Choose Danny and his team. Danny Dietl. I had a bit of a situation in my hands, Decided to move out of the country with only one problem, A HOUSE! I owned a house and needed help taking care of it, I wanted to test out the rental market and see how long I would last renting before I would have to consider selling...Then Danny came on board, he was spot on the best solution to my problem, helped me rent the house, took care of all little details and it was the best possible situation, I could have ever dream of...A year later, my tenant had to move out (Family emergency ) And here I was again, big question mark...So I called Danny again, we talked about the possibility of selling the place and all his advice was very helpful, to the point where I had decided to sell. Keep in mind, I am away from US territory, this wasn't going to be easy, never the less Danny stood by me, helped me get the house ready for the market, made some very important suggestions and jumped through all the loops to help me get the result he had estimated. I was at ease knowing that I was in good hands, I even signed a power of attorney to him (that's how much I trust him). The house was on the market for a very short period of time, we had two offers and Danny helped me negotiate at the best price for me and for selling. I feel like five stars aren't enough for Danny, he was very patient with my boyfriend and I while we took our time to find the right home for us.
