This review is for the awesome person that has helped me deal with multiple situations over the past 3+ weeks, Stacy. Stacy has gone above and beyond to help me get my issues resolved. I have submitted several maintenance orders to Renters Warehouse since February. Memorial Day weekend I submitted several requests. One for my refrigerator not working and another for garage door not working, because of lack of power to the motor. Previous requests I never received a response. The requests from Memorial Day received an immediate response and it was from Stacy. Stacy called me the next business day and was on task from the beginning. She consolidated my multiple orders, setup a repair person to come out for the refrigerator and garage immediately. Repair person for the refrigerator contacted me and came out to service the refrigerator the next day. He discovered the fan that blew air from the freezer to the refrigerator was bad. He contacted Stacy and she started the process to have it replaced. The refrigerator was under warranty, but the warranty company was not cooperating. She even went the extra mile to find another refrigerator at a low cost. No one, warranty company or owner, were willing to budge. Finally, the warranty company said they would be out the following Tuesday. Tuesday would have me had been without a refrigerator for over a week. Stacy let them know this was unacceptable. The warranty company didn't care. Tuesday came and they said that it was now going to be Friday. Friday came and nothing. Stacy contacted them to find out what was going on, because she could see that nothing was scheduled for delivery to my house. She informed them that this was bad for me and also bad for Renters Warehouse. She was kind enough to reach out to me and share the e-mail she sent to them. Not sure what their response was, to be honest I didn't care. This was going on week 2 without a refrigerator. Weekend passes and into week 3 of no refrigerator. Water company needs access to the house I am renting, but I am not able to be home to give them access. Stacy is kind enough to meet the water company and let them into the house. Which is not a big deal, but I have a dog and I don't put him in a kennel. Again, not a really big deal, but he is an American Bull Terrier AKA Pit Bull. He is friendly and a big baby, but most people don't care. Stacy asked about his temperament, I told her and she was fine with him being out. She let the water company in, let my dog out and let him play in the yard, and let me know that the water company was done with maintenance. She also let me know my dog was good. Later that day she contacted me let me know the refrigerator would be delivered the same day. This was early afternoon and she wanted to know if I was home. Unfortunately, I was still at work and it would take a while for me to get home. Stacy was more than willing to go back to my house and let the people in to deliver my refrigerator. Prior to her going back out to my house, I found out I could leave work and be at home for the delivery of the refrigerator. Stacy said that was fine, but to let her know when the refrigerator was delivered. Stacy was more than helpful during all of this ordeal. She even endured some of my not so nice e-mails during the first part of this "adventure". I normally don't do reviews, because I don't want to take time out of my day to do so. However, Stacy helped me so much and was just a journey. I felt a review was warranted to share my experience and tell how great Stacy is and how much effort she put in helping me.

I've had some ups and downs with RW, but as the relationship has continued, the communication with the team has gotten better. I will say that there have definitely been a handful of times where I've been frustrated by slow returns on the phone or email replies. A bright spot for me has been Stacy Sherrier's work on my behalf. She has been really helpful in getting one of our properties rented (for 24 mo!) after a rough tenant and process to get them out. She took video of the place before and after a decent size rehab, and was very quick to get it rented once it was ready to go. Stacy is a big reason I've stuck with RW- I feel like she has our best interest in mind.

Minor repairs were needed and so far they have been doing good job with repairs and haven't had to wait long for them. Only negative is when you pay rent online it's a 26 dollar service fee. This review is actually for 2 Teams within Renters Warehouse that I feel really shines. First review is for Steven Rosandich, Financial Controller. I had a chance meeting with Steven a while back when there were issues receiving payment. I quickly found Steven to be extremely effective, patient, hard-working, and of high integrity. Steven says he's going to do something, it's done as described and on time. Second review is for Josh Jensen and the new Maintenance Team. For the first time in the 3 years I've been a landlord in Milwaukee have I finally come across someone who provides the maintenance service that I've been looking for. Josh and team returned my calls at the times they promised they would call, the did the things they said they would do. Case Study: Recently, I was worried about a repair request that came in at 4PM, and the tenant demanded it be fixed that day. I threw a Hail Mary pass and prayed for help. Josh picked up, was professional, calm and had all the answers. He spoke to the tenant on my behalf, and was still in contact with me long after office hours. By the next day, someone was out there and I got multiple repair estimates. With their new system they have repairs done within a day or two, the pricing is reasonable and all repair staff are sourced and vetted by Josh directly. I've been through enough service people and management companies to know that this one is quickly becoming a KEEPER. Thanks to Josh, Steven, and the Rest of the RW team. A Note to Renter's Warehouse: Get more people like Steve and Josh. – People who say they're going to get back to me on a Tuesday at 10am and actually do get back to me at that exact date and time. – People who follow through with the tasks I assign them – People who don't make excuses Sorry for the long review, it's a passionate topic.

I'm a property owner and have used RW for 3 years. They are extremely prompt in letting me know of any tenant issues or maintenance problems and I am able to resolve them for my tenants usually within 24 hours. The 1 star reviews on here are not really fair to RW. If the property owner elects to take care of their own maintenance, RW cannot control the timetable. They are fantastic facilitators of finding and placing tenants, making sure all paperwork is in order, and helping me coordinate maintenance issues such as issues with the furnace or the AC. I would definitely recommend them to both a tenant or owner and wouldn't read too much into the negative reviews.
