I needed to sell my parents house, but didn't want to take the time to update a 1960 house with 1960 fixtures plus many things that needed repair. I researched at least 10 companies in the Milwaukee Area and my gut told me Metro Milwaukee was the one. Nick came out and we discussed the background of the house along with the cost of repairs. Nick took the time to explain all the repairs that were needed. I felt very comfortable with Nick and it felt like I've known him for years. Nick called that afternoon and gave me a Extremely Fair price for the house. I accepted and told him a closing date. This way so easy I felt it can't go this smooth, but it did. 30 minutes at closing and out with the check. Buying a big screen TV was more hassle than this. Thanks for everything Nick!

Talk about a low-key, smooth sailing, free from disruptions when selling a home--this was it!! Nick went an extra mile to handle some issues, including a problem with the tenant who was supposed to have moved by closing -- but didn't The closing itself went quickly, with no surprise problems. there are so so many places & people out there trying to scam lie cheat & steal from a person like me who wants to get rid of a place/house that is just a hassel to deal with & handle but NOT NICK FROM WE BUY HOUSES. he is VERY professional & VERY knowledgable & VERY honest when it comes to this profession. i met with a few other people/places before i talked to Nick & man did they try to fine anything & everything possible on why the price had to be so low & these people/places took HOURS & HOURS out of my day but Nick was so quick & efficent i was estatic that i didnt have to waste my whole day there. he explained everything to me in normal people terms & made sure i understood & was comfortable with everything before we proceeded. there was stuff i wasnt sure of in regards to the house per se but he gave me suggestions & recommendations to help me along that way to.
