However, Bobby made it very simple for us to get under contract and under contract quickly. He is very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. We were looking for a new home as well as selling our current home. We began the process with Stephanie but then when she was gone over the weekend Bobby took us under his wing to view some homes on Saturday. Then he was unable to show a couple houses on Sunday so Jannai stepped up to the plate. Jannai was very knowledgeable and helped us come the the decision to put of offer on a home. Without the whole team we would not be headed down the road to closing. Can I just say too that no one was trying to sugar coat or over sell. They were all very conscious of our budget and respectful of the things that were important to us. They helped coach us into what to do, what to look for, and how to make things move smoothly. Nest Realty is a top notch agency! Each team member goes above and beyond to help understand your specific needs whether buying or selling. As a first time home buyer, Nest does not send you automated listing emails like most agencies. Instead they only send you listings that meet 80% or more of your criteria. In such a competitive market, Nest has been able to get us into each house for showings so we have time to put in competitive offers. Other agencies I have worked with could not get me in the homes before it was under contract due to their unresponsiveness. I personally worked with Bobby and Tristan in my home buying search and they are amazing. They have gone above and beyond for me in more ways then one during my home search. As a new buyer, they have made sure I understand the contract terms and the ins and outs of the home buying process. Nest will have my real estate business from here on out!

Tristan and Bobby are nothing short of fantastic. There were more than several times, through out this process for us that, poop hit the fan, but with both of them we kept on trucking. Tristan was fantastic on helping us find homes, see the value in the homes and how it would fit us as a family. Texts and calls way more than he needed to answer he was responsive and helpful at all times. We looked at plenty of houses whether it be virtual or in person. He was quick to schedule any showings we wanted to see. Often we were the first or second people to see the houses when they went on the market. All of the staging and previewing was swift and efficient. Scheduling showings and getting offers happened quickly. Most importantly with price, he delivered on his estimate of what he valued our home at. Best realty as a team delivered and kept on delivering. An added bonus to the direct customer service of Bobby and Tristan was their network of brokers, contractors, inspectors and all other needs in the process of home buying. We were given companies and people who repeatedly said because of their relationship with Bobby, they wanted to help us, great work with exception pricing. Every step of this process had a hiccup, as every home buying experience does, Tristan and Bobby couldn’t have done a better job smoothing over everything. We are happy about the price we were able to sell for, and even more excited about the home we are moving into. I couldn’t give a better recommendation for you to work with. They’re the first name I tell my friends when they ask who to help them move!

If you need a realtor who can guide you in the right direction and help you find what you’re looking for in a house I’d definitely recommended calling her.
