Let me start off by saying, if you’re looking to sell your house and you don’t have enough time to renovate to be ready to put on the market, this is the company you want to work with. I had talked to a few other As-is House Buying companies and got offers on my house but Louisville Cash Real Estate matched them and offered me more. There were NO complications working with these professional folks. They were ready to move with a cash offer locked in within 24 hours. I owned a home in Louisville, Kentucky, and dealt with a handful of real estate agents and investors in my journey to sell my home. As an out-of-state owner, I had the same two experiences each time I contacted said, individuals. Agents would find buyers and then attempt to charge 10% to 15% commission. Even though the sales price was respectable most of the time, the commission charge was unethical, in my opinion. Therefore, I would terminate the deal. Investors were the exact opposite. Lowballing the homeowner was the #1 tactic. One investor told me that he knew I needed the cash, which was not an accurate statement. Then I met Ryan Nunez of LCRE. Ryan is a true professional.
