Logan and Missy Omerod, with KY Select Properties, handled everything with poise, great communication, professionalism, guidance, honesty, and expertise. I wish I would have known about them when I was searching for homes the first time! From the first time I reached out with questions, they were kind, open, and honest. They did not care that I was young in my 30s and the first time selling a home. They entertained every question I had, no matter how silly or trivial. They were available via text, phone and email and responded with great timeliness. They walked me through, step by step, each piece of the selling process. They showed their expertise with every single detail, including price comparisons, marketing ads and brochures, photography, and listing price. The entire process was extremely fast. I trusted them with this first home sale, and if ever in KY again, I would trust them again. While I was sad to lose out on that 6% realtor cost, I would do it again in a heartbeat. I will only work with them for as long as I am in Louisville and I would recommend them without second guessing it at all.
