We really appreciated working with Laura Wheeler from Brad Long Group when we bought our house last month. She was patient with us as we figured out what we needed in a house, and super easy to communicate with--always responsive and straightforward with our questions, and checking in with us to make sure we hit our deadlines. She let us know about a range of options for the financing, insurance, appliances, and all the different inspections. I asked her a ton of questions, and she always came through with advice from long experience. When we looked through houses together, she frequently noticed potential major issues (cracks near frames, water damage, cost to renovate, etc) that I would have missed if she hadn't pointed them out to me. Thank you for being such a great advocate through the whole process, Laura! We're pretty happy in our new house.

Now that we've had a little more time to settle into our new home, I wanted to take the time to write a review for Brandi Mullins. She was amazing! When we started the home buying process to move across the country, she was incredibly responsive and helpful despite several hours of time difference. When we were having trouble choosing a home without being able to see them in person and chose to fly out to house hunt, she cleared her schedule and made us a priority. She devoted an entire weekend to us, making sure we saw a myriad of properties in our price range. Once we'd selected a property, she was on top of every detail. She helped us coordinate all of the necessary steps while we were back in Seattle and personally oversaw the process for us. I can't express how much her help and expertise meant to us. Thank you so, so much.

With the craziness of the current market, she was able to set up showings and get contracts put together quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Robin Rutledge to assist you in finding your new home. My husband and I moved to the Louisville area from Washington State to be closer to family. During the process we were remote home buyers, not familiar with the different areas of the city. Robin was crucial in helping us through the escrow and closing process. We needed a lot of inspections and references for repair work and she was right there with lists of reputable vendors. We are finally settled in to our new home and absolutely love the property and surrounding area. Lisa George with the Brad Long Group at Keller Williams helped make our home buying experience a positive one. We hadn’t relocated in over two decades and had little knowledge of the process or terminology. We had reached out to a couple realtors and toured a few homes, but the competition in our region at the time was fierce. Those agents were often MIA when we decided to look at something or make an offer; or so late in returning our calls, that we lost out. Lisa is a cute little thing in stature, but a bulldog when getting her clients what they want and need. She even recommended a lending agent in the area, that put a better deal together for us than what a previous agent recommendation had. Lisa was willing to meet us in the evening and was always there to answer our calls and text questions. She was very helpful and kind in explaining the entire process and did everything she could to expedite our purchase and move-in date. We highly recommend Lisa!
