I met Dean Ramirez through another company and he was very nice to my son. When he told me he is also a Real Estate Agent, I wanted to give him a try since I needed an Agent. Dean is my 5th Agent. I have met many agents and so far, Dean has educated me more about fees and the process of escrow thoroughly than my previous 4 agents have ever taught me. I learn something new in every conversation we have and am grateful to have an Agent like Dean. He didn’t push me nor lied to me in order to purchase an investment home. He would even ask me to reconsider buying a dilapidated home and tour a few more other homes that wouldn’t cause me so much stress to rehab. He would advise me on closing cost so I can calculate that in my budget and not be overwhelmed when it came time to closing escrow. He is always on top of the job and would verify things with me either via text or phone call. Dean also volunteered to help me with the house in changing the locks because my contractor wasn’t available. I would call Dean my friend because he wouldn’t lie to just make a sale and would always lend a helping hand if I am ever in a pickle. My goal is to purchase 3 more investment homes this year and I will be using Dean again as my agent. In February, as the service manager of the Hungarian Apostille Service, I had the opportunity to work with Sierus and his company called TruLine Real Estate. My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Sierus Erdelyi (Truline owner) for nearly a year before becoming happy homeowners. Sierus (1) makes industry recommendations that work; (2) is an excellent communicator; and (3) helped us navigate a negotiation successfully. We stumbled upon Sierus because he advertised to donate 10% of his commission to our kid's elementary school, which set him apart from the other realtors as a genuine person. Indeed, when we first met, we could see he was a family guy and really knows not only LA, but also real estate laws, which provided insights to future subdivisions and property value. (1) We had a non-conventional loan situation. After talking to a couple of major bankers we had worked with before, Sierus referred us to Bill Rayman, who was absolutely the most creative person in finding a solution and getting us a loan. And even now, we had a challenging time finding someone to do permitting work and Sierus recommended his father, who had a totally different insight that is going to make things a lot easier! (2) It took 6-9 months to get our loan worked out. Through this time, Sierus checked in via email several times, which was nice. When we actually started house searching with him, he was responsive via email, text, and phone calls as appropriate. (3) Sierus helped us navigate two other situations in the process of making the offer. We switched lenders, and he was patient in working through that. We also negotiated the price on the offer we made, and Sierus was supportive and used the right framing with the sellers throughout. We ended up saving a bit on the house, which was much appreciated as we do repairs and small projects. All in all, Sierus was incredibly respectful of our family, always supported what we wanted to do and felt comfortable with, and was always there when we needed. I could not recommend Sierus enough!
