I’m so glad we had Ryan as our realtor. He really knows what he’s doing and you can tell he does this full time and not as a side job. We ended up falling in love with an older house (built in 1930 😳) and Ryan made sure it was thoroughly checked out by both the inspector and specialists (foundation, roofer, electrician, HVAC). He made what would have been a huge headache instead a very exciting and enjoyable experience. He took care of everything! He was present when we were unable to be and if he thought a quote sounded incorrect he recommended a second opinion. Not only is he a kind person who is fun to work with, but he also saved us a ton of money! We got the house for $10k less than asking price even in this crazy market and he was able to get accurate quotes on repairs and negotiated the sellers paying for most of them. Buying a house is such a big deal, it is essential to have someone who is an expert in the field on your side. We will definitely be using Ryan in the future and recommending him to all our friends and family

He sent me great home options within my price parameters, made himself available for showings, and clearly and concisely talked me through every step of the process. Working with Ryan was outstanding. Ryan had a very good work ethic and showed a lot of initiative. Having retired from the Marine Corps going above and beyond the call of duty was a normal thing. I did not see much of that after becoming a civilian. After deciding to move to Little Rock to be closer to work, and expressing interest in moving to the Heights, Ryan was not only able to find us the cutest little house in the best location but he was able to help us negotiate on the price, closing costs, and repairs (in this market!). The dude was an absolute real estate ninja. What I learned through this process is... you NEED to have someone with solutions in your corner.
