Kris and his team where amazing! They worked with us to make sure we could close on the schedule we needed to complete my husband's physical therapy. We didn't have to do anything but move out and sign the closing paperwork!! They were professional and very accommodating for our needs. They gave us a fair market cash price for my house, and we're able to close and not be out of pocket on closing costs or fees!! If you're looking to sell property!! Kris and his team would be my first choice!!!!

I would highly recommend this company if you want to sell your house. Cody has integrity in his dealings, and he kept his word to me and was easy to approach when I had any issues. No hassle. Very speedy and fast transaction and the price was reasonable, bearing in mind I could just walk away from it. I wish I had used them to sell my house earlier, as it would have saved me a lot of stress and grey hairs trying to upkeep a house falling into disrepair and having non-paying tenants.

This has been the BEST real estate transaction to date. They have been tried and trusted!! It started with a phone call from Cody, a tour of the property, followed up by an offer with brief negotiation and then under contract. Cody communicated the entire process with weekly check ins to ensure we were still on schedule. Cody’s weekly check-ins and constant communication were above and beyond anything I expected. We did a final walk through the day of closing. We closed on time, the buyer paid the fees - they did everything that they said they would do!! This has been a wonderful and smooth transaction thanks to this great group of professionals. Yes, I highly recommend them and would use them again and again!! Thank you all for a great experience!!

As a maintenance employee for this company, I can sincerely stand by and commend their hard work ethics! Mr. Kris and Mr. Cody are very well on top of tenants flexibility, comfortability and request! These two at Journey Estates also NEVER leave a tenants phone call or email unanswered! I’ve lived in homes where my land lord always had to go to her boss and ask and that took weeks to months to sometimes never getting back with me ! That is absolutely zero problem with these two! I personally know these two and actually pleased have a good relationship with them so I have no problem pointing out some flaws of there’s! But I haven’t seen any just yet!
