I've been a tenant fir almost a year now, and I'm hopeful with some of the changes I'm seeing. Initially I've had struggles to get repairs completed related to my safety and or to prevent damage to the property, but the new maintenance manager, John is courteous, responsive and thorough. When my AC went out on a Friday afternoon on a 3 day weekend, he not only responded that evening, but brought me a temporary unit the flowing day when the AC company was too booked to come right out. He discussed the other issues that I've had and has followed up to see that they get completed correctly. When I moved in the pool and the gym were closed and inaccessible they have since been reopened, however I never received an access card to get into either and will have to provide an additional deposit to obtain one.

Finding a home to rent with a property management company that genuinely cares about both tenants, landlords, and the home can be hard to find. When I started my search for a new home to rent, I was a bit worried as I've had a lovely experience for the past 6 years with a landlord and property management company that took such great care of me. As I was searching for homes and reading reviews, I felt a bit uneasy until I found the most perfect home and property management company, Orange Realty! I read their google reviews and was so happy to see many positive reviews, which was a welcome change from what I had been seeing during my search. When I saw the perfect home for me and my pups, I called Orange Realty to inquire if I may submit an application and from the very first call when Lesley Martinez answered the phone, I knew this was more than just a property management company, I could tell they care about what they do and are incredibly courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about their rental properties available. Lesley took the time to walk me through the application process, share the monthly fees, and go through all of my questions. I felt much more comfortable and confident about submitting my application and kept my fingers crossed for good news throughout the process. That good news came in the form of a phone call from Rob Greiger sharing with me my application was approved! I was so excited and even more excited when Rob shared my excitement with me! Rob was so kind, professional, and thorough with me and all of my questions. He walked me through the entire move in process and made sure I knew each deadline for payment, process for move in, and literally exceeded all expectations by helping me make sure the home was ready for me to move in! Rob responded to all my emails incredibly quickly. Sadly, as I was in the middle of the move in process, my Father passed away. Rob and Lesley were so kind and helped me make arrangements around my unexpected travel. And if that wasn't enough, on the exciting day I went to pick up my keys, Lesley and Tony surprised me with a gift! The gift was filled with orange themed items perfect for moving into a new home. I loved this special touch and surprise! They spent time talking to me, telling me what to make sure I check in the home, and we even shared a few laughs. I felt so welcomed and confident to be renting with Orange Realty Group. Since Rob was out in the field when I picked up my keys, he was so awesome and made sure to call me to make sure everything was ok. Their office is located in a very convenient location and is very clean and organized and easy to find. A benefit I've really enjoyed with Orange Realty is the App to pay your rent online which makes it super easy as well as the Pinata app! It's a great way to get rewarded for making on time payments and getting discounts on some fabulous items. Orange Realty provides a very detailed and thorough welcome packet which is a wonderful resource! If you're looking for a property management team who really cares, is professional, takes the time to provide all the details, and really has a passion for what they do...then you should look no further and rent a home from Orange Realty Group! Thank you Rob, Lesley, and Tony for making me feel welcomed. Your kindness and professionalism made moving so much smoother and easier. I'm looking forward to the next 18 months (and beyond!) in this home.

Orange Realty did and excellent job from picking quality tenant to keep the cost of maintenance low. My currently PM Carlos Gonzalez is a very good PM. I recently sold one of my rentals, managed by Orange Realty and it was a success from the rehab to the sale! Our condo was in a much needed rehab, before listing it for sale. It was a "project", but Brittany, my property manager, did not shy away from such a sizable project. Brittany managed / coordinated all the work to its completion, her hard work and commitment throughout the rehab, was very valuable in getting the work done...The results were amazing, thus adding a significant value to our condo! UPDATE: Jan 31st, 2022. My partner and I have contacted them and are more than grateful for Adam who went to bat for us, helped us with anything, answered every call, and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. i’m very pleased to know that Adam shows that he cares for the tenants and clients alike. Adam was very professional, friendly, respectful, and knowledgable. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I've been in contact with. They are never helpful and only exist to screw over tenants. My property manager is Oscar Reyes , whom is a vile so called agent. It takes two weeks just for him to call back on issues we have on the apartment. The worst part about Oscar is that when he does call you back, he states to you "you're wasting my time" while hanging up on you while you're still talking. Is this how Orange Realty Group treats their clients? Allowing them to bathe in freezing cold water, breathe mold, and live in second hand smoke from the previous owners that this company neglected to clean. They also do not hold up their end of the deal when it comes to contracts, Oscar only gets violent and threatens to use a legal team and this, makes me uncomfortable and unsafe being that he knows where I reside. Very aggressive when you talk to him. He is hostile and very unprofessional. Orange Realty, THIS is who is representing you.

What impressed me the most was their process for choosing the tenant for my house. They checked their employment history, income, landlord references, credit scores, etc, and did proper background verification. Here's a different prospective, from a broker salesperson. I worked for Orange Realty Group until I needed to take my leave to taking care of an ailing and aging family member. The things that I learned as an agent from Jason Mattson to being Orange's managing broker are lessons that I carry with me today. My family and I’s situation was pretty difficult to say the least. We have income coming in but since practically all mine is from selling DIY goods locally, there wasn’t much of a paper trail besides from my partner’s income. However this team worked with us, specifically Carlos, and we got approved for our home! I hired 2 PMs and fired them before working with Orange Realty Group. I am so glad I make that decision. By far this is the best PM company ever to work with minimum watching over their shoulder. Working with Austin is pleasure. He help me to fix my 3 fourplexes, bring these value up. And sold one 4 plex with the price I want. In couple days I got the offer. We closed escrow and using 1031exchange to buy other property. Both transactions (selling and buying) were completed almost the same time.(3 days apart to be exact). And Lori Reading (Property Manager) is awesome . She answers email and respond to request of service so quickly and in detail. Now I just seat back, relax and see they perform.
