My wife and I needed a temporary place to live before buying a new house after we sold ours. Atlas had the perfect solution with the flexibility we needed. After looking at several rentals, we found one we liked at Atlas and contacted Renee Green, who was upbeat, responsive, and professional from the very moment we reached out to her. We rented a great house in a gated community with an HOA that maintained the yard. Their online portal made paying rent and requesting maintenance a snap. The flexibility we needed came later from their Atlas Uplift program that offered early lease termination when we purchased our new home using one of their agents. This is where Shana Wilgar came in. As a buyer of rental properties for Atlas, she knew the market. She was immediately accessible, quickly became familiar with what we wanted in a home, was friendly and easy to work with, and was extremely patient with us...which we needed. :) We were able to take our time looking without the stress of ending our lease. After looking at a lot of homes, circumstances required us to suddenly change course, and without skipping a beat, Shana was patient and accommodating. After we closed on our new home, the transition from Shana back to Renee was smooth. We left the rental immaculate and our deposit was returned. From soup to nuts, we had a great experience with Atlas, would use their services again, and will recommend them to others.

I’ve had a great experience with Atlas, specifically working with Steven and his assistant Amy. They were both very kind and responsive from day one! The process of applying and touring apartments is such a hassle, other places would make it seem like a chore to show you the units Vs working with Steven & Amy has been a great experience. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been fixed at a reasonable time and the response like I said is super fast. I would recommend them to family and friends 100%

He then never showed up to the appointment. We would have signed a lease last month ,but we have been unable to see it. I am an owner of a home that was managed here. It probably depends on your property manager but the same sort of responsiveness (or lack there of) happens from the owner's end as well. As someone who lived out of town, I could not take care of the little things (plants, HOA issues) as well as the big things (tenent move in/out, listing home). Things were forgotten or delayed on a regular basis. I would not recommend.
