Marci Williams and Russell Smith are a power team both as buyers and sellers agents. We’ve worked with them on multiple occasions since 2018 and they’ve only grown. I have to say that I am very trusting in most processes - that people will do the right thing. This team meets nearly everyday and forecasts the possible risks to a transaction and reaches out to all parties to ensures smooth sailing. I never needed to think about anything - they handled everything. We had two rough sales/purchases and these two were stellar in resolving in. If I could summarize there service: most friendly proactive agents in all of Louisville. Perfect balance of decency and firmness when needed.

Logan and Missy Omerod, with KY Select Properties, handled everything with poise, great communication, professionalism, guidance, honesty, and expertise. I wish I would have known about them when I was searching for homes the first time! From the first time I reached out with questions, they were kind, open, and honest. They did not care that I was young in my 30s and the first time selling a home. They entertained every question I had, no matter how silly or trivial. They were available via text, phone and email and responded with great timeliness. They walked me through, step by step, each piece of the selling process. Everything was kind of "too good to be true", but with nothing bad attached. I will only work with them for as long as I am in Louisville and I would recommend them without second guessing it at all.
