I recently sold a house and Zack Fry was recommended to me by a friend. This was the first time I have been on the selling/listing side of home ownership. With the initial “meet and greet” he came in, introduced himself, gave me a brief but also thorough rundown of his background, how he does business, gave me his expectations as well as asked for mine, and then followed up with a walk through of my house. Within about a week he had my house ready to be listed. I couldn’t believe how fast his group (him, his photographer, and office manager) got everything ready to go. Zack constantly checks in to give updates and answer any questions you may have. My communications with him felt more like talking with a family member or friend than business interaction. Just to give you an idea how connected he stays with his clients; he left the country for a planned vacation, put me in contact with his office manager in case I needed something immediate, but continued to stay in the loop during any email or text I had with his office. I recommend Fry Realty Collective to anyone who wants a “No BS” agent who will give you accurate, straight to the point assessment of your property or the one you will be buying, and keep you grounded through out the process of buying or selling.
