Wes Johnston was our realtor that led us to our dream home. I am a long time real estate investor and would have preferred to search real estate on my own, but we moved to Indiana during the pandemic and it wasn’t reasonable to make deals without a professional partner. Wes fit the bill perfectly. He wasn’t overbearing or pushy in any way. He allowed us to take the lead in our searches and was extremely helpful in securing our current home during the peak of buyers frenzy. In addition, I really appreciate True Blood realty due to their convenient location(s) and because they have their own title company attached. Closing was extremely smooth and they even assisted with my desire to quit claim the property to my children. Overall, an outstanding experience!

The Real Estate company themselves (Mr. Trueblood and Mr. Eisenhower were great). However, one of their Agents Jake Basker was sub par. First time selling a home and it was a very bad experience from the start. If we could have replaced him and not broke the contract we would have. We felt he consistently worked for the people buying our house and not us as the seller. Everything seemed to be “well we will have to see what the buyer thinks”. Also I would have to constantly reach out to him for updates to include two days prior to closing asking if their was anything we needed to prepare for closing. And when I reported him to his boss, he eventually apologized but his first response was “you hurt my feelings and I don’t think you and your husband has listened to a word I said this entire time”! All around very unprofessional and not a top notch agent.

She explained the differences so well in renting vs owning as I have done much research and couldn't really decide if I was ready to own. I was a bit hesistant in looking at houses before because it can be intimidating. Leave it to Brian and his tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to make it easy and enjoyable. Always quick to answer any questions as well as guide you through the process, no matter how many times he has to repeat himself. Brian does not pressure nor does he misadvise. I’ve come across quite the opposite in most cases and working with Brian and locking down my first home has been a breath of fresh air. From the start of the process every house I found that I was interested in, Brian was in a moments notice getting us in the door. At each house he was able to guide me on everything I should look for, in the present, as well as for the future. And then it came to the offer, which in todays market is tough with so many buyers.
