My husband and I were unexpectedly put under a time crunch to find a home; we had just 90 days. We reached out to Andy Porter to see if it'd be possible to find a home in 90 days given the state of the market and he set realistic expectations but immediately went to work on our behalf to try and find us a home we would love. We found out on a Tuesday that we had 90 days to move, on Wednesday we called Andy Porter, and by that same Sunday we had an accepted offer on a house. He had our best interest in mind from the very start, made sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an educated decision, and had a plethora of connections throughout the process that made it go incredibly smooth. He made an easily intimidating process for first time home buyers, very smooth and enjoyable and now we are in an amazing home that we absolutely love. Rob Measel is the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. Our house was on market with two different agents three years ago but no good luck and we had to put on rental market. When we talked to Rob, he recommended staging it and he even invested on the deed before we have a potential buyer. Less than a month on the market, we had more than 1K online viewers and one open house we had a dozen people showed. All are very good signs, which we ever experienced. He is also a full service agent. Since we live out of state, he helped to make our life easier and even stopped by to throw away a wrong delivery for us. He has a laid back personality which is opposite to me. However I felt confident in the entire process because I knew that he will take care everything. I highly recommended Rob Measel and his team.
