My experience was with Rene Hauck, so get in the mindset that I was a buyer in a seller's market. Rene was the best. I call her the best realtor in the state of Indiana. She was always prepared for the task at hand, so knowledgeable about the areas, houses worth, market. What a blessing to know her I tell you this is my first home and I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so concerned about my experience it made me so encouraged when one hour the house you want is posted then the next pending then gone. Rene is so determined, a whole lot of spunk, very professional she knows her stuff. If your serious about purchasing a home be a winner in choosing Rene Hauck.

Scott and tevis were very professional. The process was quick and painless. They advised we wave inspection to get the bid on our house and we got it. We ended up paying 40g to get it the way we wanted but the wife loves the home. My only advice is if you don't have the money for repair get inspection but that's it. Scott sold our home in less than 8 hours and we closed our house and the other within 3 hours. Both were very nice we would recommend them both.

Eric helped my husband and I find a house before our move to Indianapolis. Neither of us know anything about the area, and he spent all day showing us around the city and telling us about different neighborhoods as we looked at 20 (!) houses. He then showed us around more the next day, on a holiday, to show us a few more. He was able to tell us how to negotiate confidently and get a price we were comfortable with. Throughout the process from the time the offer was accepted to closing, he stayed on the seller's team to get the work done that was holding up our closing and made sure we were protected with issues the house had. We wouldn't have been able to find our dream home without Eric, we can't recommend him enough!!

Purchasing a new home can be daunting to say the least. There were many times I wanted to give up and just find an apartment to move into. It took some time for my wife and I to find a house that we both agreed on. But it seemed as if every house that we liked, it would come up as "Pending" within 24 hours of the house being listed. It was extremely discouraging. Being a first time home buyer can be quite an ordeal, especially if you don't know what you are doing. There were highs, lows, joys, and disappointments. I really and truly wanted to throw in the towel several times. There were literally days I cried because I was not making any progress. But I am glad I continued the process. Perseverance, prayer, faith, and patience paid off. Lance Bundy was truly an "Amazing Godsend" to us. He was extremely professional and went the extra mile to assist us to achieve our goal. I could call Lance at the spur of any moment, and he was there. It didn't matter if it was a phone call or a text message. He always was prompt to speak with me or return my messages and calls. My wife and I would drive around looking for properties on sale, and would call Lance and ask him when could he meet us to look at a particular property. He never said "No" and usually met us within an hour after contacting him. He made sure that our needs were met, and always gave sound advice. You really don't know how much that meant to me and my wife. His patience and kindness with always be in our hearts. I would highly recommend Lance Bundy to anyone who wants to buy a home. Lance is a "Tremendous" asset to your company and you should be very proud to have someone like Lance in your organization. I'm from the Gulf Coast and was relocating to downtown Indianapolis for school and work. I had 34 days to find a house and move to Indianapolis. Luckily, I found Scott Chain on Google and began to work with him. He helped me find a house with everything I asked for within a day, and he was super responsive. We were back and forth and and offer on the house was accepted just a couple hours after we put it in. He was extremely personable and helped me with the entire process remotely. Since I wasn't able to view the house before I purchased it, he was nice enough to go out of his way to attend my home inspection for me and send me additional pictures and videos of the house. It was honestly a wonderful experience working with Scott, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We found and closed on the house in 31 days and everything happened just in time for me to move up to Indianapolis and begin work two days after closing!

The Indpls. lawyer was inattentive and incompetent, usually simultaneously, to the point of even being chastised by the seller. Still, through all of the trials and tribulations, Carol remained focused and calm. She rebounded and redirected at every obstacle – virtually running the WHOLE SHOW from BOTH sides of the table.
