Shannon Thomas is AMAZING! She listened to what we were looking for and gave us just that. We also loved how she wasn’t trying to sell us into a home, I.E. “it has potential” “you can do so much to this home”. Since we were living out of state she had no problem showing us homes via video chat and would bring to our attention if there was a flaw or something cool/beautiful about a home that was hard to see on the video. Then would show us the homes that we liked in person when we were able to fly out. We are so thankful for all of the hard work that she put in to finding our beautiful home. My wife and I recently sold our old home and bought a new to us home with Kay Shea as our realtor in both transactions. The sale of our old house went great. Kay brought the potential buyers to our doorstep, and in the last showing we had 11 visits. That final showing resulted in a offer and sale above our asking price, and this was before the market went crazy! Kay really showed her stripes in the purchase of our next home. In a transaction with a challenging seller, across four contracts, and over a three-month period, Kay stuck in there and made an unworkable situation work. I have no doubt that we are only in this home today due to Kay’s willingness to push through a difficult situation that more than one agent has told me they would have walked away from.

When my husband and I found the perfect house, Lindsay explained to us the entire process on submitting an offer through the house - what it would look like, including how to make our offer more desirable to the sellers.
