Moreover, Kathryn also secured for us a lease duration that was very important for us. Finally, for possible new tenants, she organized an amazing video both of the ocean view from the condo and of the amenities from within the condo. This is my first time working with the property management company. I was a bit skeptical at first but Eric makes the transition easy. He is very professional, responsive, and is on top of things related to the property. He would just make things happened. There is one time that we needed to change the front lock since it wasn’t locking well. He called up and said he would replaced it. Since we aren’t around, we didn’t want to call the contractor for this tiny job. Good to have very handy property manager so we don’t have to ran to the Contractor with tiny little things. We really appreciate he makes himself available from his busy schedule and took care of it. 🙏 Regarding the leases, he hit every target. We are very happy that I came across Eric and let him handle our property.

I could give 10 star to this company if possible! Home owners who need an awesome property management, this is it! Your guy would be David “Dave” Moyer. We contacted Dave as we were trying to switch out property management. We had our home up in the market for 5 months with our initial property management and they could not get us a tenant. With Dave, it was a smooth process. He came to our home within few days of contacting him and had the listing up in short amount of time. My experience has been that it's rare to find individuals in the real estate sector who *truly* go above & beyond expectations. Alex at Hawaii Sands did this in all ways possible, inspiring confidence from the get-go by bringing a well thought-out strategy to the table, supported by data and enabled by easy-to-use technology. This is by far the best and most responsive realty company that I have contacted so far here in Hawaii. Mrs. Kathryn is so personable and has really made this process a lot smoother for me. My boyfriend and I just moved here and have contacted at least 40 rental properties. Barely any of them answer the phones or respond to emails. Mrs. Kathryn got back to me immediately and I was able to see the property within the first hour of seeing the listing online. Mrs. Kathryn really cares about helping you adjust to living in this new state and has routinely checked on us to make sure that we were doing ok and if we needed anything. She even stayed later after the inspection to give us suggestions on hotels, beaches, and restaurants. I can tell that she genuinely cares about her tenants. I can honestly say, do not waste your time with other companies who act like they don’t care. When my boyfriend and I get adjusted to everything here, I will definitely be buying my first house with Mrs. Kathryn.
