Jeffrey Samuels is the best realtor I’ve ever had! By far! I’ve sold six houses and the last two in past seven years were the easiest and most profitable because I went with Jeffrey. Jeffrey is knowledge, super friendly and polite. His teammate, Carlos Santos streamlined the process to make both sales ihassle-free experiences. We made an appointment with Jeffrey Samuels to sell out home. Jeff arrived fairly quickly, we had a discussion, and he walked around and took pictures. Within a few days, our house was listed! 2 weeks later, we accepted a very good offer above our asking price, and it was a done deal. Nothing flashy, but the listing of our house went out quick, much quicker than I expected. We made a nice profit, and Jeff didn't charge us an arm and a leg, and my first born.

Jeff was extremely helpful in us getting the property, there were quite a few hurdles along the way and he worked with us to resolve them. He was very prompt in responding to any and all questions which made it easier to work with. We were a little skeptical about using Jeff to sell our property since he charges a flat fee but I couldn’t be happier at how much we saved! I still can’t believe we got what we were hoping for at a fraction of the cost of commission. We handled some of the coordination on staging, repairs and pictures but Jeff provided the contacts and helped to move things along. We bought a condo in Waikiki using Jeffrey. From start to finish, Jeffrey was professional and attentive. We have used non-rebate realtors before. Jeffrey provides the exact same level of service, but you save thousands of dollars. Jeffrey knows the Oahu market inside and out. This is a no brainier. Why would you pay thousands of dollars to other realtors when you can save thousands of dollars using Jeffrey? Give him a call and meet him. If you don't think he is legitimate, move on to the next realtor. However, you will realize he is a 5 star realtor.
