From our tour date all the way into the moving process and through all of our post moving needs, the team at Woodcliff has been excellent to work with. The team in the leasing office was very helpful at answering all the questions we had during our application process. Having lived here for a couple weeks now, I like how it is quiet and distant, yet it is close to everything. Both downtown Hartford and the shopping district in Manchester are only 10 minutes away. I have tried the fitness center and it’s small and has limited options compared to Planet Fitness, but is very clean. I also really love the Charter Oak trail, which is accessible from the Simmons Rd entrance.

Since I moved in in August, I have had very good experiences from manager Kristen and all the employees. They are very professionals and very friendly. The times that I have needed some maintenance in my apartment, they have come quickly and have done a good job. I recommend 100%

It’s an older building for sure- some sloping, layers of painted over walls and fixtures, a lot of cleaning up initially. BUT, I have some great neighbors, quiet floor and building, the community amenities are great. I’ve always had great encounters with staff, and it’s a great amount of space for first-apartment living. Judith helped my partner and I through the whole process of leasing and touring, and it’s been a month or so and she’s been an incredible help!! If you’re thinking about moving here, definitely ask for her. She’s up-front and honest, always so pleasant, and so so helpful.

I’m transitioning from NYC to Connecticut and was a little reluctant, I heard about Woodcliff Estate and wanted to inquire about it. Teja welcome me and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Teja was very helpful, professional and most of all patient. Answered all my questions and made sure the unit I would be renting was something I would be happy to be in. The community is beautiful, great amenities, perfect place to live.. but most of all the relationships between the staff and tenants are top notch. Definitely would recommend Woodcliff Estate to my friends & family.

What makes this place a five star location is Teja took me awhile to get her name correct but I learned it she is a amazing woman and gets the job done. She went above and beyond and helped me and my family through the application process and to get us through approval. Also e premium which is their rental insurance and deposit program is amazing and definitely worth looking into. Teja was a bright and bubbly person who talked us through the whole process and communicating well What makes this a problem is promises made by others in the office. 1. The apartment wasn’t prepped it was clean but had some issues with staining on the bathtub and fridge 2. The dishwasher leaks and still leaks to this day 3. NO HOT WATER. The shower only last about five minutes with hot water due to the small water heater the management uses so these water heaters can be in apartment. 4. We are still waiting on the garage we were promised was gonna take two weeks to get. Then the Maintence manager was on vacation and now he’s back and three weeks later still no garage. I belive this is they wanna make sure u pay the rent and can afford it before u can get the garage which has a small price difference there is some waitlist that I have yet to see or where I’m on the waitlist. I just feel it’s constant bs everyday and I have had enough. One time it was I’ll make sure u get a unit by the next day and still no unit. We will update this review as this situation progresses Again Teja is amazing at her job and even cares afterwards and isn’t oh my jobs done so ur on ur own. She is good and keeps updated. She belongs with a high end management company and even should open her own I would highly recommend her

Called office twice. The 1st phone call I spoke to the leasing agent I believe her name was Natalia and she was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The second phone call made I spoke to Kristin and she was able to help me, answered all my questions was polite and very professional. Customer Service should be standardized. Kudos to Kristin for providing excellent Customer Service.

Woodcliff Estates is a nice, quiet place to live with plenty of amenities! I was looking at a few different locations for my first apartment but what put Woodcliff over the top was the staff, mainly Teja. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made me feel right at home whenever I visited. Prior to visiting Woodcliff, it was my second choice but quickly became my first and that’s thanks to Teja and her insight with every single thing needed to get my apartment up and going.

The tour, and tour guide were very good and nice. The application process was somewhat difficult. The site wouldn't allow me to attach documents to strengthen my application, and wouldn't let me proceed unless I threw something in the non citizen portion... confusing...

While the woman who showed me around was extremely nice and informative, the criteria to move in with all the fees and costs on top of the 1st months rent and security deposit were too extreme. Then there are added extra Monthly fees. The apartment was very small but freshly painted . nice place if you don't mind living with about 600 people in the complex, but not for me , sorry.

Had a lovely time seeing the Woodcliff Apartments with Jean! The Club house is gorgeous. Love the fact that the staff make cookies and have coffee in the Club House. I will definitively be using the club house as a quiet place to study once I move in. And the staff were are all so welcoming. I even got to meet some of the other tenants during the demonstration. and I just have to say that Jean was just so funny and sweet. Even went out of her way to show my parents, my roommate and I another apartment without the staged furniture. Absolutely loved the whole demonstration. I can't wait to live in WoodCliff Estates starting this coming semester!

One.of the great aspects about living here is the maintenance team! My dishwasher broke and Jose Martin came in and fixed it quickly. He was very respectful and meticulous when doing his work. He respected my ask of taking off shoes when entering my apt snd never made a noise when installing the dishwasher while I was on a zoom conference meeting. Thank you Jose Martin ! Great job!

Chyra was absolutely 1000% amazing . Wow, I could not imagine meeting someone so friendly and welcoming at a real estate office. I felt like I got diamond hotel friendliness. Then the next day we met Teja, and the service and atmosphere continued to be absolutely great . Y’all doing something right , the staff is really fun to talk to and be around. I was blown away on both days . I would recommend these ladies to my friends without hesitation. On the other hand we like property, and the amenities . I was mostly sold by atmosphere provided by Chyra and TeJa. Y’all are lucky to have them. And if we are approved, I feel lucky to have them too.

Crazy story. I got pretty trashed at dinner and the next morning, through tracking my phone, realized I left my phone in the Uber that took me home. I tracked my phone to WoodCliff Estates and went there in an attempt to find my Uber and hopefully retrieve my phone. After searching and nearly giving up, I decided to head over to the Leasing Office. My hope was that they could use the Uber driver's name to locate the tenant. I was expecting to get laughed at. I walked in, was greeted immediately and explained my situation to the pleasant young lady to the left, Nadyaliz. Within 30 seconds the entire office had sprung into action helping a random hungover stranger find his phone. They all became instant detectives. It was like an episode of C.S.I East Hartford. I was shocked. Four wonderful women taking taking precious time out of their day to help me. I don't live there and they had no obligation to help. But they did. I hope they know how much I appreciate their help. I didn't find my phone and didn't expect to. What I did find was a culture of genuine care and hospitality from that leasing office. I found an environment where people were their #1 priority. Thank you, WoodCliff. Lessons learned: 1. Don't drink 9 Stoli Dolis at Capital Grill 2. WoodCliff is a great place to live

I had the absolute pleasure to work with Chayra Rodriguez. My process took some time due to some old bills I didn’t clear up that showed up on my credit report. Despite my issues Chayra stayed in contact with me over the many weeks it took to clear up and by the end of my process she was able to get me into my new home in a time where I needed it the most. I had been without a place to call home for months and she was more than supportive going above and beyond working frantically with her team to get my application pushed through once I was able to clear up my credit issue mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, I was faced with multiple barriers in the community until we met Chayra from Woodcliff Estates. At first I was a little skeptical about this place because of some bad reviews. I will tell you one thing this is by far a vacation spot for me. I feel like I a am living at a hotel with all amenities. Me and the hubby sleep so peacefully and quiet. my view toward the trail is awesome. Everyone that comes home feels so good they just lay on the rugs because it's so comfortable. Amy has worked with us since day one and every time we have a question she is there to answer it. I just moved into Wood Cliff a few weeks ago. I totally love my apartment! Granted it is a bit antiquated but it feels like home. The office staff have been very friendly and helpful. When I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of immediately. My only disappointment was that the apartment was not terminally cleaned before I moved in. The people in my building have been very friendly and welcoming. I'll write again in about 6 months but so far I am very happy at Wood Cliff

This place is beautiful and quiet. Right from the start Gary Grant, who helped us through our application and moving, was always quick and patient to answer all our questions and to make sure we could find a unit that will fit our needs. The paperwork and the application process was quick and easy. Buildings and common areas look clean and well kept. Our unit is in really good condition and it was easy to move all our stuff in. We are really happy with our new home and would totally recommend.

To make my story short, because is very long I came out of state actually from PA. I got here and came to visit Woodcliff unfortunately at the moment nothing was available I was heart broken, just because my job got transferred at a very early time frame that was giving to me and my family had to stay back home in PA. Thanks for the staffing that was very very very knowledgeable and understanding with me I forgot her name but she’s like the sweeties little thing there sits right next to the door. She guided me in the process and wipe my tears away. I couldn’t eve talk it’s hard having my son back in PA and me over here but something pop up opened in less that 24 hours I got Damaris called and said something came up if I was interested and that they were here to help me. I think they connected with me and me being a crybaby jajajajajajjjaajaja they also gave me some contact numbers of there sister rentals available so that was nice not at Woodcliff at another apartment complex. Shortly I got a appointment and was able to bring my fat boy with me in less than a week sooooooooooo I am for ever greatly appreciated of the Team I have a beautiful apartment and all thanksssssssssss to the amazing staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited Woodcliff Estate 08/22/20. The Staff personnel, Chayra was highly professional and knowledgeable about the property. She showed us all the amenities on the property and the apartment we were interested in, which was very clean and updated. The building is closed to shopping and approximately 10 mins to downtown Hartford where I worked. We arrived at the property just to look, with no intention of signing a lease but after Chayra ushered us around and explained and answered all our questions, we moved quickly and secured the unit. Just moved here in the middle of May. Illeana has made this moving experience amazing. As we all know nobody like to move but I am more than happy with the results of this new place. It was clean and the management office personal were amazing very nice, and accommodating. I love building 130 it's quiet and the people are very friendly. I would suggest moving here. We've had a few issues when we first moved in such as the air conditioning which was immediately resolved as the staff replaced the air condition. My son and I came in the beginning of July for a tour with Jean Demo. We have looked at many apartments including Catherines way, where the staff seemed to have minimal experience showing the complex and apartments. However, when coming to Woodcliff Estates, and meeting Mrs. Demo, my faith in renting and people in general was restored. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had with experience, understanding what we were looking for and gearing the tour towards that. She was refreshing and made me see Woodcliff Estates in a manner that I did not before.

Ever since my boyfriend & I moved into Woodcliff Estates about 2 years ago, Keishla was the most friendliest and welcoming person ever! She always helps us out with any questions that we have and always goes above and beyond! If you ever find yourself interested in Woodcliff, I definitely recommend speaking to Keishla because she is a complete sweetheart and you immediately feel part of the woodcliff family once you meet her. That girl needs a raise!!

I live here and one of the best leasing agents is Travis Manleey. The restrictions that are put on the amenities that we are paying for is rather foolish. The club hose closes at 5pm on the weekends when most people are home and want to have fun. There excuse is that they would have to pay someone to monitor. Based on he pricing of the rent and amenities put together, everything should be in favor of the residence and it is not so. Like myself who come in from work on Saturday evenings and have Sunday off I would like to enjoy the amenities that am paying for. Really peaceful place but they need to consider there residents more.

Anthony, the maintenance guy, was so behind helpful. There was an issue with my electrical system and he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He managed to tamper with one socket and fixed two others causing very minimal dmg to my walls. In fact, he mentioned he would return to sand down the dmg he did cause. I am impressed with this guy. Not to mention he was hilarious! 10/10, would recommend.
