I worked with Michael recently to sell my childhood home. Michael was great throughout the entire process. He covered every possible detail - a well researched and thorough presentation to determine list price, recommending items to update to yield the highest outcome, providing recommendations for amazing vendors to help complete the work, and helping to coordinate the transfer of solar panels. Michael was so communicative every step of the way, he made sure to keep us posted on the progress of the showings and the Open House, and explained every single document that we needed to sign. Michael was hands-down amazing for my fiancé and I during our home search. We first ran into Michael during an open house he was hosting and immediately were both drawn to his down-to-earth, genuine character. He knew a lot about the area we were interested in and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Michael did all the things you'd hope a great agent would do - and in my opinion he went above and beyond. From the very first meeting where he sat down with us and spent time understanding our goals and reviewing line-by-line contract language, to the numerous calls, showings, text's, follow-ups and check-ins. Ultimately, we'd also credit working with Michael as one of the main reason's we were able to successfully purchase the house we wanted during arguably the most competitive market to-date (summer of 2022). It was through Michael's coordination with the selling agent along with Michael's team (The Sinatro Company and the mortgage brokers he works with) that allowed us to close the deal ahead of other interested parties. Can't say enough good things about our overall experience. Post-closing, Michael has also kept in touch and provided local recommendations and contacts as needed. Again, couldn't ask for more!

We conferenced with Michael when we were living on the West Coast attempting to buy a home at the beginning of the housing market frenzy. It quickly became clear that we weren't going to be able to find something remotely, and he reassured us it was okay to not make an offer without touring it in person. We are so happy we didn't try to buy long distance, not fully understanding the neighborhoods and how different a home can feel once you are inside!
