If I could give Rego Realty 10 stars I would! From the minute my boyfriend and I walked in that door we knew we chose the right company to go with. Rosario took the time to show us a few places that she thought would be right for us. She took into consideration our needs and knowing I had a car she wanted to show us units with off street parking. After looking at a few other places we found ourselves right back with Rego. They showed me 1 other unit and the minute I walked into the apartment I felt like I was home. I went right back to the office and turned in my application to Anyeline who was VERY courteous. She got back to me the next morning as promised with the good news. My boyfriend and I have had a very trying time looking for a decent, clean and comfortable place to live and start a new chapter in our lives. The few apartments they showed us met those needs. Their units are clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this business to anyone. On behalf of my boyfriend and I, I want to thank everyone in the group for all of your help and attentiveness. Keep up the great work!

I’ve lived here for 4 years in an area that has gotten worse but that’s to no fault of them. They’ve been more than accommodating in helping move to another location, also with them. In moving I wanted to stay with this company because I know I won’t have an issue with bed bugs, roaches or rodents. They inspect for them twice a year and any issue I’ve ever had with my apartment they have been more than accommodating and responsive. The prices may be a little higher but it’s worth the price because of the quality.

i can"t stand rego for tricking me to live here they are corporate thugs they charge me almost $900 for rent in a terrible area. they have fake reviews on here like crazy i live literally in the worst part just about of hartford just about every one on public housing and section 8 & or on ssi. you can smell pcp a lot especially in summer most people have many teeth missing from only one thing . I wouldn't pay more than 600 maybe 700 pushing it if they had heat . its not even renovated right bugs happily walk in here and its a miracle we dont have roaches my neighbors are like i said above dust heads and crack heads. They showed me the apartment in less than 10 minutes for a reason the lights aren't even placed right on the home electric issues no heat when they say heat free led paint endless issues did i say $900you can rent a nice home renovated right in suburbs for that.This is a place where you see people treat each other like animals i can not wait to get out of this violent area not a place for a kid.
