As a previous tenant returning to Garden Hill Apartments and noticing all major & minor changes, I am so elated that Andy is still apart of Garden Hill. He is truly a gem and continues to do everything in his power to serve and give assistance! Not only is he a great help with finances in the legal department but he always has answers to any questions unrelated, wether that be maintenance or superficial. Definitely someone you can trust! He has been helpful is every way he can and always goes above and beyond. Not many people like Andy are still in this business, even less that are so willing. Having a remarkable and extraordinary person like Andy has been a great help. Much appreciated!

I’ve had a few apartments with Garden Hill Apartments over the years and I can’t complain. Their apartments are affordable, utilities are included, maintenance is always available, and the staff in the leasing office are very helpful. The process to get a apartment is easy , and they’re willing to work with you to help you find a apartment that works with your needs. I also never had any rodent/bug issues because they are very persistent on making sure pest control comes often. Andrew liburdi is the reason I rate Garden Hill Apartments 5 stars, if I ever needed anything, had questions, or issues, he was willing to help without any hesitation, I’ve always had great communication with him along with others in the office so without a doubt I wouldn’t mind renting with them again for a fourth time. I do recommend Garden Hill Apartments.

I lived here for a year, it was me and my boyfriend’s first apartment and it was definitely a new experience but we managed to be good tenants. Andy, manager for garden hill apts, was great to us! When we decided to move after our lease was up, he walked us through the process of the 30 day notice and getting the apartment inspected after we dropped our keys off, the inspection was super quick it only took about a week and a half to hear back. They were very nice and we got back almost all of our deposit. We were super happy our first apartment experience was a success even after we moved out!

Recently moved into one of Garden Hills apartment buildings and I really like it, management does a great job with the upkeep, much better than the other complexes and rental agencies around here. About a mile outside the downtown area with lots of other amenities within a 2 mile radius.

I have been renting from Garden Hill Apartments for 2 now going on 3 years and I wanted to leave this review in regards to how thankful and appreciative I am for Andy and all he and his team have done for me through out the years and continue to do. Any issues I have had Andy was always on top of it and made sure it was taken care of. Andy and his maintenance crew are very responsive, respectful and professional. I had transferred this year in a different location with in Garden Hill Apartments and they have made the transition very easy. I am very happy with their service. I’ve been renting for going on 3 years now and every problem I’ve had Andy has helped me. He’s the accounts manager but he’s really the jack of all trades. So helpful and understanding, diffuses any issue in a timely manner as well as checks in on the issues days after. I have lived here for over 3 years, and it has been great! I especially appreciate Andy who stays on top of things and makes sure things get done. I haven't had any big issues the whole entire time I have lived here. I appreciate where I live and there are very little loud noises and no incidents of crime the entire time I have lived here. I actually rent an apartment on Huntington st, in Hartford. Andy who works with Garden Hills has been on top of everything I needed and has made my living experience here the best I could hope for in Hartford in general. I needed minor repair done and he sent someone out within the week and fixed the issue. Andy is the backbone of Garden Hill and will never hesitate to assist and problem solve if need be. He also isn't afraid to check up on each property to make sure everything is in check. Garden hill is one of the better leasing agencies in Hartford and for good reason. They are good people who care for the community. Don't hesitate to ask for Andy if you are thinking of moving into one of their properties!!!

What I loved most about Garden Hill Apartments is how spacious their rooms are and FREE hot water. Very affordable and everything is maintained nicely. Great staff like Andrew always found a way to work with me in difficult times. Maintenance is very good, if something was wrong they would definitely take care of you. I just wanna take the time out my day and thank these amazing people that work for garden hills.i have been living in one of the properties for 2 years recently I got full custody of my two kids and was told that in order to keep full custody I had to move into a bigger place not knowing what to do and because of the pandemic I was lost for options so I call garden hills and told them about my situation long story short these amazing soul blessed me and my kids with a bigger place just this December the process was so fast and the transfer was easy and amazing ...thank you guys so much they were the best decision I have made this whole year . I recommend the apartments at Garden Hill. It’s not only living and renting, it’s family. Very Great staff like Andrew he always found a way to work with me in difficult times and very hard time. He goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of. Understands the importance of customer satisfaction along while still upholding the policies that are in place. Honestly, I agree with the parking issue, it isn’t the best accommodation for the renters ratio to the parking spots. But the staff and the maintenance that both work inside the office and outside in the field (in the apartments and landscaping) , are beyond adequate for the price and and the area. The staff in the office Randy and Cassie (I think that’s her name). Always seem to fix my problems (not that I have many) in a sufficient time frame, if not immediately. As for the mice problem that was voiced by other “I rebuke that in the name of Jesus”.... there’s no way in hell I would even give up my damn coins let alone dollars if that was my situation. ** NOW IM NOT SAYING ANYBODY IS LYING** but I personally didn’t experience those problems. Buildings are quiet and maintenance is always up to par, I’m always seeing them damn blue shirts 👕 with the garden hill apartments logo, walking around cleaning and casing the joint. Oh yeah! elevators routinely needs repairs. But overall not the worst experience, actually far from it!
