My agent Kayla Martello was amazing. I was dealing with the grief of loosing my father during the height of the pandemic. I attempted to sell his home right after he passed . We found out about Joe through a friend who had used him to buy and sell their home. He was amazing, found us a great home before we transferred down and made the entire process easy. We told him what we wanted and he found exactly that. I can't say enough about how easy it was. Anytime I had a question he answered it, even weird ones like how many prongs the dryer was so we could get that set up before we came down. He was always honest and straight forward. In such a crazy market buying a home could have been a literal nightmare from 1000 miles away, but it wasn't. When we leave we'll be listing with Joe and may try to convince him to come with us to buy our next home hahaha.

There was a particular build that I was really interested in and when I missed my flight to see the model home, she had someone make me a personal YouTube video and went over every aspect of the house. She also stood in the gap for me when there was a standstill with closing on my home. The personal touches that she does makes her exceptional and the best choice to work with.
