We have been in this rental for about five years. This has been a wonderful company to work with. They respond immediately to any need that comes up. Staff is very professional and yet friendly at the same time and work hard to meet any need that comes up.

My wife and I have been a client of Rental Management until recently when we sold the property. However, we would be remiss without taking the time to give due praise to the terrific work of Rachel, Wendy and Deirdre. They provide excellent client service! They always had a positive attitude. They do what they say they will do. They follow up quickly to requests. They kept us informed, even with bad news. We valued their advice on what we could and should do with repairs and investments. It's obvious that they want a good outcome for us as owners. Two thumbs up!!

My wife and I moved into a rental management house over two years ago now and we couldn't be happier. The staff was amazingly helpful during the initial process and since we've gotten the house, any issue we have had as simple as an odd sound in the pipes, I contact Rachel Burrus and she has someone contacting me within 24 hours. We haven't had a single problem that hasn't been resolved. It's great renting through this group. I haven't felt this much security from a "landlord" in my entire adult life. Great rental agency. For the tentant that cares here is a rental agency that cares a tad bit more. Helps and want you to remain in a home with just a few words like communication and trust. Communicate and trust me they will do all they can.

When they say, "Managed Like We Own It", they mean it. Rental Management has been taking care of our home for over a decade while we moved all over the world with the US Air Force. Even when repairs are needed from Tropical Storms, Rental Management finds the most reliable contractors to keep our home rented, and safe. Paperwork and tax returns can be a nightmare with rental homes but Rachel and Wendy have made record keeping simple and accurate. For peace of mind while we're away, we're staying with Rental Management!

I posted a review of this company months ago and come to find out it was the wrong company the whole time!!! I deeply apologize for the bad review that was totally by accident!! That comment was intentionally left for the company C2C realty in Gulfport! I had gotten you two companies mixed up at the time!! I happen to run across this and was like oh no no no!! Wrong company!!! You all have always been sweet, professional, kind people! I am so sooooo sorry about that!!!
