This is a beautiful property and under new management, Sarah Smith was excellent and so helpful in the Application process.I can't wait to move in.If you are needing a nice place to live this is definitely it.

The 4 stars is only for the physical property itself. It is older and they are updating, but it's an overall nice place. I lived at this complex for 3 years and had no major issues. Highly recommend this spot for the price you pay. Neighbors were all very friendly and mostly kept to themselves. Ms. Nikki and Mike do a great job in the office. Always prompt to respond to any issues/questions I had. The front office gets a 5 star rating for service. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking!!!

ive lived here for almost a year now and i must say, Mike the Maintenance guy is hands down the best. He takes care of every issue as soon as possible, and if he cant figure it out, he brings in an outside guy to fix it. He cleans up after himself and is very nice to speak/consult with. Nikki is a great manager of the property who is very prompt with email responses and gives it to you straight. Love living in this quiet complex. Cant wait to see what the new owners will bring to the table.

We really appreciate Mr. Mike and Miss Nikki! They have done a lot to make sure we are comfortable and all repairs are done in a timely manner. Very thankful to have working A.C., Mike was very nice about replacing the fan for us. Overall a very nice place to live, very quiet, and we just resigned our lease!

Ashton Bay is a very nice community to live in. It is very quiet and peaceful. Kristine Schell is very easy to work with as well as easily reached via email, phone, or just dropping by during office hours. She is very respectful as well as honest about getting conflicts as well as other important issues handled. She is a great apartment manager as well as the other staff and has definitely made my family’s rental experience great these last 2 years.

Just moved in a few weeks ago; Mike and Nikki have been awesome. Our AC went out on a Friday night and Mike was there Saturday morning and got it running again. My wife and I couldn’t ask for a better maintenance man. The townhomes are very nice and quiet.

Maintenance guy Mike deserves a raise! He has been a life saver the last week or so. He’s changed out our locks, redid our faucet for our kitchen sink as well as the dishwasher, and last but not least our oven! He’s been such a great help, but also an awesome guy to accompany while he’s working! He’s definitely made our living experience here easy! WE APPRECIATE YOU MIKE!!! #givethatmanaRAISE!

Kristine was the best office manager. She was always easy to reach and eager to help. Always nice and professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure and concerns or issues were handled in a timely manner. She cared about the community and the morale of the residents. I hate to see her go, as I'm sure a lot of us will!

Great place to live, Management is great & Mike the new maintenance man is wonderful! They take care of the property well, and mike is always there to fix anything we need. We plan on signing another lease next month when ours is up.

Fast maintenance request response time! I had a malfunctioning AC unit. Mike and Nikki did a thorough inspection of the unit, thermostat, and pipes. Fixed the issue within 30 mins of arrival (within 2 hours of calling).

Update: They got rid of the prior maintenance guy that was causing problems. The new maintenance guy is phenomenal. I think they have an online system too so that you can request through the portal bout time lol. Have lived here for over a year now and it was great until the new management or whoever they’ve hired for the office. I can’t get anyone to come and fix the washing machine, carpet (nails are sticking through), or sink. We tired in person at first but after months of nothing being done I resorted to email so I could have a paper trail and after them blowing smoke (setting dates to do something and not following through or much less even giving correspondence to canceling) I’m going to have to speak to a supervisor because I should not have to chase them down to get things done. Also, they don’t plan event so I don’t know what the other reviewers are even talking about lol

I just moved into unit 39 and the valve for my washer machine didn’t shut off. I called mike and he was here within 3 minutes!!!! And was able to solve the issue. He is a Godsend!!! I’m so happy is is here and on call to help us out!!!

I Highly recommend this place! This is an awesome apartment community. It's beautiful and well maintained. But the best part is the staff. The leasing office has some of the nicest people I've met in the industry and they put on best events throughout the year that make you feel welcome and at home. The maintenance staff is also friendly and fast.

The apartments are very well taken care of. Very clean when moving in. The complex is clean and well taken care of, as well. Kristine is very easy to work with and get in touch with. I highly recommend Ashton Bay.

Love the size, price and how quiet the neighborhood is. I literally could not hear the neighbors at all. Neighbors are very friendly. Feels very safe. Looking forward to my next visit.
