Where to begin. Luke helped us find a house in Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area virtually. We were living in Florida and moving back to Michigan. He was fantastic and we love our new house. Thought we would sell our condo ourselves without using a realtor. Our granddaughter, who works for Lucas Howard KW said we should at least take advantage of the free walk thru by an agent so we would know what would be a realistic price for our home. Malinda came for the walk thru and we were so impressed that we decided to list with her. No high pressure but just great info and helpful suggestions. We realized the market was not what it had been a few months before and seeing a plan to get our condo sold in a short time convinced us to list with Malinda. 4 days of showings produced 3 offers. We just closed on a full price offer. Malinda and the rest of the people in her office took care of everything. All we had to do was show up at the closing and leave to deposit a really nice check. What a great experience selling my Mom’s house with Malinda Root from the Lucas Howard group. We had the house with a different agency for seven months through the summer and there was no interest or movement.
