Our realtor in Colorado recommended Blu House Properties when we first began planning a move to Grand Rapids and during an exploratory trip to the area two years ago, we met with the team and was introduced to Courtney. We knew exactly which neighborhood we wanted to live in, which was high demand with very low turnover, making her job a bit more challenging. She provided regular comms with local updates on potential houses and family activities in the area. Only two months after our arrival, she found THE house! We remained a bit hesitant still, having left a new construction in Colorado to now consider a nearly 100-year-old home but Courtney helped put our minds at ease. She expertly managed competing schedules for showing(s), the home inspection, working through VA and Conventional loan options, scheduling and being available for home repairs throughout the purchasing phase, and helped negotiate various aspects of the sale to include seller's concessions for some major repairs. She was always available to address our questions and concerns and took exceptional care of our family!

My Wife and I truly enjoyed working with Krista Ghafari. We put a great deal of our trust in her as she helped us to purchase our new (retirement) home.
