We have lived at Lake Crest for 13 months and have loved it! The office staff is super helpful, the maintenance staff do great work. Our base heater went out in the beginning of winter and they were at our apartment right away to fix it. The snow removal is great and they give us a couple days notice to make sure cars are out of the way. The noise level in the neighborhood in general is quiet. We needed a place where there wasn't so much noice and this is perfect. We have a nice big deck which is perfect for the summer months! All and all we are happy with the staff and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

LakeCrest is a great place to live. Its affordable, the people are friendly, the staff are great and it a nice quiet location. I moved away for a year and ended up coming back because I loved it so much. I have been back for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier. Julie in the office helped me along the way and from day one she has always worked hard to provide the best service to potential residents AND current residents.

I have been living at Lake Crest since 2018 and it has been nothing but awesome. I like the convenient that this apartment provides. I would recommend this apartment to anyone whether you are single a couple or a family, it is ideal for everyone.

I have lived at Lake Crest for about three years and have had a very positive experience in my time here. The staff have always been pleasant and responsive in the rare event that I had an issue. I've been most impressed this past winter with snow removal, especially considering how bad it has been in the area. The only slight bummer is the laundry room in my building could use some better machines as the current ones go down from time to time. Above all, this has been a very peaceful place for me to spend the last years of my time in the FM area.

I've lived at Lake Crest for almost 3 years and I love it. It's quiet, clean and well-maintained. The staff is really helpful and the maintenance has always been quick to respond. Huge bonus is the community room you can rent for a great price. No plans on leaving!

Very happy this is where we made our home. Its quiet and more in a residential area near plenty of walking paths and parks. Maintenance is quick and rarely needed. 100% recommend Lake Crest to anyone looking for a great apartment while still keeping to a budget.

We have loved it here so far (Been here a year, plan on a couple more)... management has been great. Sidewalks everywhere, parks nearby, and safe neighborhood. Been very impressed with snow removal, too. Satisfied with the help we get the gym is nice to have.

Great place to live would highly recommend! Apartments are kept up and buildings are clean. Any maintenance requests I've had have been fixed in a very timely manner! Happy to call Lake Crest home!!

No complaints here. Anytime I had a maintenance concern (very rare), they were there within 24 hours to fix it. The only downside is the amount of parking spaces available. It's difficult to have friends/family over because there are rarely any parking spots available, even on the road. Overall, a great place to live for a decent price.

I have only been living at Lake Crest for a few months but I love it so far. The move in was very easy, they even held the apartment for an extra month for me. Very quiet environment, great price, love the garage, staff is very approachable and friendly!

The staff here was very friendly and very helpful. I signed on to a friends lease and they were more then helpful getting me moved in fast and efficient. The building is very quite. Maintenance is always the same day you call which is super helpful when your heat doesn’t work when it’s -30 outside. I would definitely recommend them!

My boyfriend and I have only been here for a month! It’s a amazing price, and great staff. Moving process was very easy and fast. Plus they have a no breed of weight restrictions which was really hard for me to find! Would definitely recommend to others!!

There are many pros to living here. I do like that its an off street so there isn't much traffic. I also love the ability to rent their beautiful community room. There are two nearby parks that we walk to. Parking is at times a problem, but not major.

Knowledge is key

I have lived here for 3 years and have been very happy except with two very big exception. The first being that I was told that there is a working security camera in the front entery that links to a closed camera feed to be seen on the tv for when people come and go to help with safety, that was a big selling point for me but the camera has not worked the whole time living here. My second big issue being the on-site gym. It is pretty basic and not well filled. It works for men and/or women who are focused on cardio only but as a women it's hard to get the weight and toning training in. Something like a Bowflex would be amazing for people who can't do free weights. The other issue is the cardio equipment (being the only thing I can use) is either broken completely or only a couple functions will work on them. Due to those issues I have had to go to other gyms, paying for such things is frustrating knowing I pay extra for a gym at my apartment that is not usable for my basic needs.

Absolutely the best place for apartment living!friendly neighbors, spacious apartments and clean environment! Love the people at the office, they are always so nice and professional and the maintenance here is outstanding!!!! Also they are pet friendly and dont have absurd rules like other apartments have.Highly reccomend living here!
