When there was an issue with my new house, he even helped move my stuff out of storage and into my new home even though he was not involved in that side of the transaction. Cory Samson was great to work with and I had a great experience through the process of finding my new home. We had a chance meeting during a Parade of Homes visit when it started downpouring. I was anxious about starting the process of looking for a new home, but he was very responsive and encouraging, letting me decide how and when I wanted to move forward. He was always willing to take me to any house that I wanted to look at, and ultimately, we went the route of new construction. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but he was always very responsive taking care things right away. We even lost access to the new garage due to construction schedule conflicts and I had to move all my stuff into a storage unit for a week. He personally helped move my stuff from the storage unit into my new home after closing. Moving is a stressful process, but Cory definitely helped make it as smooth as possible!

We were looking for a home a little over a year ago and really didn't know where to go and we decided to try the Brandenburg crew. We talked to Joel and we seen a couple of houses but at the time we were not that serous yet, we were just shopping around to see what was out there. We started to get serious in January of 2018 and Trevor Schmitt helped us out a lot. Trevor listened to our concerns and needs and stood up to bat for us. We made an offer on our first house and that fell through due to the home inspection finding way too many things wrong with the house. Trevor understood that and we backed out of the offer. The very next day the house we bought now came on the market and Trevor made it happen to go see the house and we put in our offer right away because this is what we are looking for. If you are looking to buy a house, I recommend Trevor Schmitt. Vanessa got our paperwork in order and she kept base with us when we were waiting for all of the paperwork to go through. All in all I give the Brandenburg Crew a 5 out of 5 and recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.

Worked with our schedule with many evening and weekend showings. Added bonus with using the Brandenburg Crew was the use of a large moving truck for free.
