We just closed on our house on June of 2022. At the peak of the housing market. We were in a panic to buy and were ready to bid on a small home, really bad home and worry about fixing stuff later. In a market where a real estate agent can sell anything at a high dollar and take their commission and leave; Loren Carrol of Pennie Carrol and Associates walked us off the edge multiple times. Turned us away from bad decisions both financially and structurally. He was basically a real time house inspector and we seriously feel extremely fortunate to have worked with him. Working with an extremely experienced real estate agent like Lauren saved us from 10’s of thousands of dollars down the road. Whatever his commission was, it wasn’t enough. We can’t say enough amazing words to describe Loren’s services and character.

Pennie’s team sold my house before the listing was even finalized with photos and description. I think we had an accepted offer in under 24hrs after the sign was in the yard. The process was smooth and easy and we sold for more than we originally thought we would. When it came to buying, it was just as great of an experience. We looked at 15+ homes and had a very specific criteria. We had an accepted offer fall through due to seller issues and Joe Carroll took it in stride and never complained when we wanted to see another place. In the end we have a home we are so happy with and we got it for a fair price too. Pennie Carroll and Associates is a first class organization. I would recommend them to anyone.
