I’ve been working with KM Realtor’s to help me sale and find my next home. So far everything has gone well they have been wonderful and working very hard together to help me find my next house. And it’s not easy especially now with a seller’s market and over priced homes the only thing that is on the market right now plus a Huge lack of inventory. I truly find it Very difficult for me and my wife to sale our house because it was built with great materials and skill, homes now are built over night and So So cheap and the bare minimum of materials to hold it together plus it’s built on a small size lot with your neighbors only 8 to 10 feet away from the side and 12 to 14 feet in the back. They are so close that I think that a fire on your neighbor will spread to other homes. And one more thing !! What happened to and with energy star construction ?
