When my husband and I started house shopping, it was a no-brainer to go with the Eisenlauer Team. Bob truly puts his all into getting his clients what they need. In our case, he advocated to a builder to let us make some changes to the home despite how far along it was in the building process. This type of customization to an already-planned home is unheard of- but that didn’t stop Bob. Bob’s insistent, yet kind and professional nature got us the changes we needed to truly make our new house our dream home. You just can’t ask for better customer service or advocacy than you get with Bob and his team. Speaking of his team, thanks to his dedicated “closing specialist” I received updates on the buying process weekly— and when we had a question, we received an answer within the hour! Incredible. I’ll never take my business elsewhere. Buying and selling with Bob is so smooth- you can just concentrate on packing and getting excited about your new home.

Bob was super quick with any questions I had about the property and the process, and I never felt like I was bothering the team with my concerns. Bob earned the nickname “the go-getter” in our household. He was easy to reach, eager to help, and a wealth of knowledge. Not only did Bob have a pulse on neighborhood dynamics, builder reputations, and home values; he also had a sharp eye for quality workmanship vs. cheap shortcuts. When I found a home I loved, I felt confident it was a solid investment because Bob clearly cared more about a satisfied client than a quick commission. Although finding a home and putting in an offer was a smooth process, the absolute game-changer was the Eisenlauer Team’s Transaction Coordinator Annie. Annie scheduled the inspection, compiled the report, and also took the time to provide a concise list of the inspector’s findings. She also sent a weekly “progress report” email that told us where we were in the closing process; highlighting what had been completed and what she was still taking care of for us. I enjoyed this service as a buyer, because I was never scrambling to find an answer or to know a timeline. When it comes time for me to sell my home, I will also be grateful Annie takes care of the paperwork because that means that “the go-getter” Bob has more time to find a buyer for my house. I can’t recommend this team enough!

Lance and Bobby showed up and produced results. If you live in eastern Polk county, specifically on the Eastside/Altoona/Pleasant Hill, look no further! We had been locked in with a real estate agent (well know green sign) for almost 6 months. After the first 60 days she lost interest, no showings, no feedback, 1 open house (no walk through’s). When our contract was up we got out and got in with Eisenlauer. Our house was sold in 4 days! They are honest, respectful, and know their market!!
